Instead, the staff understood the significance of the ring and the importance it had to me and my wife. They went above and beyond. Eric spent weeks carefully reshaping the ring and putting it back together. He even went the extra mile and tried to have some of the imperfections repaired by a silver shop. He then spent additional time restoring the ring and putting the stones back in. The love, care, time, and effort that went into restoring it meant far more to me than perfection ever could. This experience reminded me that sometimes the value of an item has nothing to do with its dollar amount. To me, this ring is almost priceless because of what it represents and the memories attached to it. The ring is finally back together, and I'm going to give it to my wife for her birthday. I'm so excited to see her face when she opens it and sees that it's as close to brand new as anyone could have made it. I am incredibly thankful to the staff, the ownership, and everyone who works there for treating me like a person rather than just another customer. Ashley called upon Dad's to come out and repair my furniture. It took forever, let us say over a month and one half. For them to call and then come out. The material with a penny size hole was not repaired properly and made it look like the material was melting and colored on. The Footrest was better by adjusting connecting pieces but it was not repair thoroughly, it does not close properly. So after calling Ashley back it took another month for Dad's to call for service again to come out and at this time the hole can't be repair. And it should have been deemed replacement needed by the company.
