I met Karen and Stephanie many, many moons ago...professionally. And I've always gone to the Mail Box Center for all of my mailing needs. Love that you don't need to go in with an address book, they have your previous mail info there. Problem trying to get something in a box or envelope? They have a solution for that. Went in to get fingerprints , was told come back we do not do them from 12:00to1:00, (not mentioned on their larger than life Sign) I went back in 3 days later at the times they said they would do them only to be told that they could not do them for my purpose, the employee told me that because I needed them for a Real Estate lic I had to get digital which they do not do. She also asked if I told the Original employee that I needed them for a Real Estate lic , which I had, then She said well did you tell them you needed it for a Washington lic? Typical BAD Customer Dis Service, First I did tell the original employee and secondly the store is in Washington.... I did not respond just walked out. I was in today for a finger printing service. Yeah I know those devices are super quick but the woman who helped me was incredibly nice and honestly made my day. I had fingerprinting done here and it was fast and easy. I was in and out in maybe 10 minutes. Service was professional and prompt.

Wow!!!! I love this place!! I feel really badly for the couple people that had a bad experience--I know what that feels like. However, I started going in there for printing some black and white images when I first moved out here and made friends with pretty much everyone. They have a mini-thrift store, the mailing store, the printing section and ...it's just old-school fun! They have a few local residents that make hand-made, really beautiful cards--really, really sweet and one of the local ladies has the thrift store items that sometimes she gets sick of it and I bought a TON of stuff for ...I think....80% off? And, it was really 80% off. It was so fun. Cheney-ites also give this address if they are not home for USPS or UPS packages (they go here anyway)...I love it here!! read more

I love The Mailbox Center ! They offer so many services all with a smile and friendly genuine greeting ! It's a good feeling to support small business and supporting women in small business is even better. I get all my packages there, keys made, they have a great gift shop where I got all my co-workers Christmas and Birthday gifts. I cannot say enough good things about this shop. I ship 20-30 packages a month and have for about 10 years. I have never once had a problem/missing package with any of the shipping stores I use. Until now. Someone is enjoying a nice $150.00 watch. I handed the package to an employee. That was the last of it. No fedex scan. FedEx did a thorough search and was unable to find the package. I am sad to say I cannot trust this location. It was well packaged and the label was secure. read more

I've been customer here with a mailbox for well over 15 years. Love the services they offer and the friendly staff. They always greet me by name. I've had some very large items shipped in. Im a snowbird and when I go south these gals sort my mail and forward to me as needed. Love the text messages including tracking numbers as items arrive. read more

It was today, 5 days before Christmas and I was greeted by friendly, cheerful and smiling people! My packages were weighed and measured and my options were explained and I was even assisted in repackaging my gifts so I could downsize the box and save quite a bit of money!! After reading the first review, I decided I had to write a review myself since, I have actually been a customer of the Mail Box Center for a few years now. First let me start by saying that upon walking into this place I feel like I am walking into the bar "Cheers" Where everyone knows my name (well actually they know me by my box number) At least one person if not all of them give me an enthusiastic, "Hi!" followed by my box number. Even when they are really busy, for instance during the holiday rush the staff are always very friendly and personable. The best part is they do a great job at keeping my mail and packages safe! I haven't had much to do with the owner except a handful of times. The previous reviewer mentioned her being rude, however, my interactions with her have been pleasant. Again I am more familiar with the other staff. Since the expansion, this center has lots of cute gifts and knick knacks. They provide a multitude of services, including copying keys, fingerprinting services or the TSA pre-check thing. I would say they are like a fed ex or UPS store only with far better customer service and they offer more services. Plus the mailbox rental here is much cheaper than the UPS store! This place is a joke! 2 days in a row I drive out there to get finger printed for my job. 2 days in a row I'm sent packing because they cant get it together. I won't be back if I can help it. They were rude the 2nd time about the situation as well. read more
