I worked with John to get our standard template in order, and now, he and his team can create new entities that meet our needs based of just a quick email saying what deviations we need form the template. We've also had a few more complicated entities (partnerships, family affairs) we've had to setup, and John has been a valuable resource, sometimes working as part of a larger team to get the deals done. My business has a leap year birthday! How cool is that! Also, on April 21st, 2016 I requested that MomenTools LLC be converted to a Series LLC. The following business day it was converted and I was provided an Operating Agreement with 2 Protected Series amendments. My only complaint is that they don't have a presence in more states.

Basically they scammed me out of $50. They charged me a "$50 service fee", which was NOT included…read moreor disclosed in any reasonable way prior to my "checkout" online. When I noticed this and called and requested that my transaction (which occurred less than 5 min prior) be cancelled they refused to offer a refund and cancel my transaction. What was the reason I did business with these criminals, well, I have a Delaware limited partnership. I must pay taxes on this partnership. My lawyer, who helped me set up the partnership sent me a notice that these taxes were due prior to June 1st. On the notice that my lawyer sent me there were instructions that I could pay online. NO WHERE on the instructions did it mention a filing fee. I followed the instructions which stated to go to www.incnow.com/tax (in bold no less) and It gave instructions on how to pay my taxes. I did not see any fees associated with use of this site. I put in my credit card and NO WHERE did it ask if I wanted to proceed after notifying me off a $50 service fee. I clicked ok and I get a receipt saying I was charged this ridiculous fee. I called and was told: "sorry there is nothing we can do." This is nothing short of criminal fraud. They do NOT disclose this fee. When you checkout online for an order (say an amazon.com purchase) prior to checkout they show you your "cart" which tells you all the shipping and handling fees etc. There was nothing like this with these clowns. They did not even try to make it obvious that they were going to charge an absurd fee. They could have done this but then people would NOT use this site and they would simply mail in a check for the price of a stamp. I left my number but NO one called me back from the company and NO one at the company seemed sympathetic or helpful. I have had other experiences with companies and I have done countless online transactions. There is simply NO reason someone could NOT offer a refund when someone calls them 5 min following a transaction. Simply cancel the transaction, takes much less time than it does for me to write this. NOT a good business. NOT good people. NOT following the golden rule. NOT acceptable treatment of people. Update: They saw this review called me and said they would mail me a check for the $50 service fee. So perhaps they are not all bad. I changed my review from one to 3 stars.
