The worst experience every. A dirty ass cab and a driver with a severe bad attitude. Trash in the front seat and when asked to clean it he had got upset because I wanted my daughter to sit in the front seat while me and my son could sit in the back seat. I needed a ride home from the Emergency Room a couple days ago, it was about 3am and the medications I had been given made me really out of it. I had tried calling a few other companies without answer and guest services told me about this company. With much struggle I was able to complete the call and they sent someone over right away. That taxi driver is the real hero of the night, I was zonked and struggling to keep myself awake. As a young woman I was in a dangerous situation and the woman that was my cab driver took my address and made sure I got home safe. I know all too well that anything could've happened to me and she had my back in a really vulnerable state. Just had a cab ride my ass through downtown. Didn't stop at a single stop sign and stayed almost inside my trunk the whole way. The lady driving was aggressive and obviously in a hurry and could care less who was in her way. Don't use their service if you value your life. Someone is going to get hurt or worse with a driver like that. read more

If I could give 10 stars to Allied Cabs, I would. My son attends high school in Virginia and I live in NJ. A mis-communication left him stranded at the train station late at night in the cold. No one from the school would have been able to pick him up for at least an hour. Not wanting my kid sitting in a train station until midnight, I called Allied. I admit, I may have been freaking out a bit, but the dispatcher put me at ease right away. They gave me a reasonable quote on the fare (which they stuck to), and took my credit card over the phone. The woman (Nicky) who retrieved my son was fantastic. She arrived at the train station within minutes and called me as soon as he got in the cab. She even called me again once she delivered him to his destination. She went above and beyond, and as a mother, I appreciate it. I would not hesitate to use Allied again and would specifically request Nicky. read more

Had an early morning pick-up (6:15 AM), called in the previous afternoon. The driver was prompt, and pleasant, even cheery. She was playing Tim McGraw at 100 decibels, probably trying to stay awake. Allied Cabs almost caused me to miss my very important train out of town, and I called AN HOUR AND A HALF in advance before my train departed. When I asked about why a cab company had no drivers I was told that the drivers come when they want to show up and that she didn't have anything available. Nah. That's not how you run a business. If your workers don't show up when they're scheduled and ON TIME, they should be FIRED just like at any other job! I would not have been able to get my train ticket money back because it was non refundable. The hotel was nonrefundable. I was at the post office and parked in a designated handicap parking space, and when I came back out of shipping my mail, An Allied cab was sitting in the diagonal lines blocking my door. i could not load my wheelchair. or open the door completely. When I ask the Black Female cap driver to move her car. She started yelling "So you think you can have a attitude be cause your disable?". When i told her. I would call the cop's to show her an attitude and that she was committing a $500 fine for hindering a disabled person. She slammed on the gas and backed out. Took a taxi ride from the hospital with my 7 yr old daughter and the ride was TERRIBLE! First time in a taxi and not what I expected. The back seats had NO leg room. One seat had no working seat belt. The driver drove off getting on the busy road before I could get a seat belt on my child. He ignored me when I told him I needed her seat belt on! So while we were on the ROAD she had to crawl over me so I could get a working seat belt on. CHILDREN NEED SEAT BELTS ON! What a moron!!!!!! Plus he was a absolute terrible driver!! I have never experienced such terrible service or felt so personally disrespected as a customer. This cab driver showed an utter lack of courtesy and customer service etiquette. After arriving late and making us get into the cab in the middle of the road (when he could have easily turned into our driveway), the cab driver began to talk down to me implying that I don't understand how taxis work. This, obviously, got me upset. I told him that I have used this particular cab service many times so I knew how it worked and that I didn't appreciate his tone. The guy went on to kick me AND MY MOTHER out of the cab after very disrespectfully calling me "boy". At that moment, I was so shocked that I forgot to take down his details or take a picture of his licence plate. I called to express my outrage and the assistance felt somewhat inconclusive. DO NOT use this cab company! They left my daughter stranded at her dorm, even after her calling them several times- she made a reservation with them a week earlier. They called, claiming their computer crashed, so they made it again. This morning, she waited outside her dorm, they didn't show up, so she called them again. They said they would send someone to get her, that she's make the train on time. Guess what, no one showed up! Now, we don't know what to do, or how we're going to get our daughter home.
