My cat decided she was going to pee on the corner and we ended up just rolling up the carpet and putting it in the garage. Nearly a year later, I decided I would try to get it cleaned. I searched the online websites for carpet cleaning, and Gary promised the most thoroughly cleaned carpet ever. I promptly called him and asked if he would do something special, and he said to go ahead and drop my rug off at his house. I told him I was military and he offered me a great deal. The smell had really set, but he treated that specific spot (after thoroughly cleaning the entire rug) five times. He didn't charge me an arm and a leg, and I am extremely happy with the result. He was very flexible with working with me, and gave me an excellent deal. The level of his attention to detail is amazing. I have two dogs and two cats, and we have since left them alone in the house with the rug. None of them pay any attention to this spot, which was our true test to see if this cleaning had really worked. Even if he wasn't able to help the rug, his customer service and cleaning were amazing. I'd recommend his services to anybody. Ultimately if the smell/stain didn't come out, that would have been our fault for how long we let the rug sit after the initial infraction. Over and over... When we learned about his stinky act, we attempted to salvage the expensive mattress by calling a steam cleaner. I contacted Mean Steam for a quote and the owner, Jesse Root stopped by for a quote. Jesse saw the mattress and was very honest with me. He said I could try and get the stain out but I can promise you I will not be able to take it all out because the urine was so penetrated in the mattress. I have lived in many rental houses and apartments as part of my educational training (requiring much moving around), and have NEVER EVER NEVER EVER had such a rental experience. it is mind blowing. I always paid rent, am a medical professional, took good care of the rental, yet had hardly anything fixed. fence needed new paint and some repairs to patch holes: 60% completed in a year. AC condenser overflow tray filled up and leaked onto the ceiling of one of the bedrooms due to a clogged drainage pipe (neglected maintenance the property company should have performed). asked 4 times for the ceiling to be fixed and stains removed. never received a single response. no repair. stain and water damage to ceiling remain to this day after more than 6 months petitioning for maintenance. sewage system backed up and overflowed as well. u guessed it, lack of proper maintenance by company. the overflow flooded all downstairs toilets, bathtubs, and bathroom floors w sewage. sewage also infested and stained the carpet of two bedrooms. the company was quick to declog the sewage to prevent more damage (quick as in the next day), and cleaned the carpets once. the carpets still have feces stains after the first cleaning and despite 4 maintenance requests nothing further has been done. I have been living w sewage overflowed feces stained bedroom carpets also for six months. had to just close off those bedrooms predominantly except for storage for these six months. YES you read that correctly! I had to close down two bedrooms for 6 months bc the company allowed feces stained carpets to remain in the house. I am not letting my kids or guests sleep in that condition. I literarily have two more major repairs including disregard for pool maintenance to share but if anyone still rents from them after having read about my feces incident, then that person deserves the treatment thus company provides.
