DO NOT PRE-Pay for this cleaning service. I paid $475 for my main level Kitchen, LR dining room, powder room and high windows. I sent pics ahead of time and was told no problem. she was here 2 hours. did not do 90 percent of what she was contracted to do. the high windows she said she could not reach. My kitchen sink and counters were dirty AFTER she left. dirtier than before she came! left without any notice to me. she complained that I had dogs that barked. as they were kenneled in a bedroom away from her. Incredible! Let me tell you guys, this girl is outstanding in so many ways! 1: Capitalist Grindset! Tiffany required that we pay $500 upfront with no refund policy. Then she gave us the runaround for well over a month. When she finally made it to our home for the deep clean, she finished it in less than an hour and a half. $500 for one and a half hours, that's $333 an hour! That's much more than even an orthopedic surgeon makes (not to mention the interest on $500 for 6 weeks). You go girl, get that bread! 2: Superhero powers. I've not seen someone clean a 4000-square-foot home so quickly. Less than an hour and a half and done! She is basically Flash from the DC Extended Universe. It was a big mistake to hire White Glove Cleaning to "deep clean" my house. As other reviewers said, Tiffany wants her money up front, then gives you the runaround about sticking to appointments. She gave me every excuse in the book for canceling! I do understand having a sick child, no babysitter, etc. Things do happen! After about a month of this, I was tired of it and told her that if she cancelled our next scheduled appointment, then I would get a refund. She told me that she doesn't give refunds, but that she would offer me an extra cleaning and even clean my oven. She did show up for the next appointment and spent 2 hours cleaning. I was on a business call when she quietly left, but then she texted me that she was finished so she left. She could have tapped me on the shoulder to let me know! My house was barely clean and not deep-cleaned. I noticed a couple of things right away and texted her right away. She did offer to come back the NEXT week to take care of those 2 items. I told her not to return and that I would no longer require her services. The more that I looked around, the more that I felt I was gypped! She didn't clean behind the toilets, the mopping was hit and miss and streaky and even my dining room table had dirty spots on it. One dresser in my bedroom wasn't even touched at all! The one thing that was done pretty well was the dusting of the high ceilings and the ceiling fans. Tiffany didn't do those, but the guy that was with her did. Trying to keep this short: I would not recommend this cleaning service. The owner is not professional. Issues I had: 1) It was horrible trying to get her to stick with an appointment time. My confirmed, scheduled appointment was rescheduled multiple times. (Just as several Google reviews stated) Communication about these appointments was inconsistent and -at times- at unreasonable, unprofessional hours. 2) I feel that the "policies" included on the invoice are an "out" that allows her to run her business on her schedule without consequences from customers. (ex: no refunds, no cancelling, must allow her to reschedule, "can't" file dispute with credit card company) 3) I don't feel that the "deep cleaning" was very professional. There were quite a few things that were missed. I pointed some out; unfortunately, I noticed more things after she left. A professional cleaner has an eye for detail and wants to make sure they leave a quality clean. I have pictures to show what I mean. 4) Since I pay the utilities, I'm not appreciative about my front door being left wide open while my AC was on, my thermostat being lowered, or small items flushed down the toilet (several times) instead of just thrown in a trash bag (which I left as stated in the policies). On previous negative Google reviews, there were "contrite" responses from the owner to making it seem like she was not at fault or that she truly tried her best. Please do not be naïve like I was. It started off with being told that it was $350 for an apt the size of ours. Non refundable no matter what. Tiffany changed the appt time three times. She also texted me at 5:45 a.m. to give me a list of things that I was expected to do before they got here. I was expecting company the next day and she said that she would do a deep cleaning even if it was after regular hours (she showed up at 3:45.) You have to agree because your money is non refundable. I asked her to use my Amish milk on ALL of our wood furniture and she agreed. I can't do high or real low cleaning due to medical issues. Tiffany said it was not a problem. I specifically asked her if she used it and she said "Yes". I had a partial bottle and a new bottle. Not much was used from the partial so I knew she didn't do it. When I looked at the wood furniture, I could write my name in the dust on the two TV stands. They only swiped it to dust it. None of the corners or decorative trim was cleaned on ANY of the furniture. The dining room chairs till had dust and cat hair (which she said they vacuumed all the furniture) They deep clean but don't do inside of closet doors, even if you are there and they are open. They do deep cleaning on light fixtures and chandeliers, but not inside the globes. She agreed when I said that the most important thing to me was all the floors and baseboards. They get a greasy build up in the kitchen areas and if you only use a sponge mop, you don't get them clean. Mind don't look much different and there were still places where there was stuff that had been spilled and not cleaned, especially around the garbage can. There were cobwebs on the ceiling as well as the light globes. We moved all small items from the furniture to make it easier for them to clean. Obviously that was a waste of time because what was left and the items on the walls were never touched. When she said that they were finished, her helper already had their stuff out the door. Tiffany asked me to look around. I noticed that my bathroom mirror still had dust on the frame and she gave it a swipe. I must admit that the vacuuming was good. While I was looking around, she came over and distracted me by saying that she could come every other week for $70. I told her we would think about it. Then she was gone, after she asked for a review. Well here it is. With photos. I will not contact her again because if she couldn't do it right the first time after 11 years in business, she sure as heck wasn't getting back into my apartment. Having done further research, there are more negative reviews than good reviews for this company. All I can say is Think twice (or even three times) before you hire them. We hired Tiffany to clean our house and paid for 6 more cleanings up front to get 2 free cleanings after that. She cancelled the first cleaning and rescheduled for 2 weeks later. The day of she tried to cancel again. We said we wanted our money back then she said she would come. She came that day and was supposed to come again two weeks later. We are having work done on our house so we asked to reschedule to the following week. She texted the night before saying she needed to reschedule again. She gets all this money up front and then she is unreliable. When she did come the one time she did a good job but we noticed later on that some things were not dusted/cleaned. It just doesn't seem right to get all of this money up front and then constantly cancel when the cleanings are supposed to be biweekly. we requested a refund which she said she doesn't do and after my husband told her we no longer need her services and would like the rest of our money back she never responded. read more

Absolutely do not hire this company! It is a scam. You must pay upfront...get promises that are not true! Check the BBB, Yelp, reviews on her website, and Google her name...Tiffany Kromer! How has she continued to take advantage of people? I have talked to many people that agree she does not really clean, certainly not deep clean. She dusted the windows ...but did not Windex them!
