The reason I am posting this review is that I found it highly unprofessional to be contacted via…read moretext through an office worker on behalf of the loan agent to discuss if I was interested in refinancing. Additionally, I do not have a mortgage through this company and it has been nearly 7 years since I have been in contact with them. It immediately sounded fishy (I Googled the phone number from which the text came and it was from an out of state number and I could not find anybody by a matching name that was connected with this mortgage company and location) so I reached out to the the specific loan agent to give him a heads up and he quickly replied that it was not a scam and he actually requested the associate reach out to me. I'm thinking they may have just needed busy work for somebody to go back into files and find contact information of somebody you spoke with 7 years ago who never even had a loan with your office. Who does this? Highly unprofessional and kind of sketchy. Hopefully corporate will see this and address the situation.
