As a parent, I am incredibly proud of her and so grateful for the confidence and skills Franco helped her build. Franco taught her clearly and thoroughly, and she follows the advice and rules he gave her every time she drives. He is extremely knowledgeable about traffic laws (as a former police officer), very patient, and takes the time to make sure students truly understand the rules of the road--not just memorize them. Getting a scheduled drive can be hard, especially during the summer. For me, getting my drives done…read morewas easy, I scheduled all my drives in march just before it became busy. The instructors are nice and patient of course. Mr.Ling and my other instructor Matthew were nice and I was able to drive somewhat stress free and talked to them throughout my 2 hour drives about non driving related stuff. My tip before scheduling a drive would be to practice driving on roads, unlike a highschool range, they have you get into a car and drive off. I do think if you don't feel confident on the roads you could tell the instructor and they will try their best to accommodate your needs and ease your fears.

I didn't stay long, but I was particularly drawn in by the patches, and even found some cute tags one could Sew into handmade goods. I'm regularly a quilter and just getting into making clothing and was thrilled that they offer a pattern adjusting class. The owner is very sweet and knowledgeable. Bought a nice pair of pinking shears and a vintage funky birda pattern. I will definitely be back.
