Stay away! Dr. Liepert is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever met and I worked in the medical field for over 20 years! He started off telling me how he is the best ENT Dr and he does more surgeries than any in the area, etc. He was dressed in a tight fighting gym tshirt (gross), old grey dress pants, a braided western belt, and tennis shoes! I have never met a doctor who looks and acts so unprofessional. I overheard him tell the nurse before he came him what he was planning to do for my care- yet he had not even examined me! Horrible communication, I asked ahead of appointment for what i needed to get new bipap equipment. When i went in was given a nurse practitioner who told a completely different story. i left promptly with my records but was still charged. DO NOT TRUST! read more

Contacted office to make an appointment from out of town where I had gone to an urgent care facility. I wanted see see someone at Allied ENT when I returned to South Bend. I was told that because my physician was away for the week, I would be treated as a new patient and have to wait a month for an appointment. I repeated that I had gone to urgent care and needed to see someone ASAP. No help. Really? Physicians don't cover for each other in this practice when there is an emergency? This is truly disgraceful behavior. read more

My husband was referred to Dr. Hamden at this clinic. It was a joke! Staff doesn't know what they are doing and communications between doctors and them are non existent. This procedure was scheduled many weeks in advance yet at 4:30 the day before the procedure we get a call saying they need more lab work. My husband works so he had to leave work to drive over Mishawaka and five minutes from the lab the doctor calls and says it really isn't necessary to have the test but we can if we want to. We get to the lab and they have no idea who we are so we go back home! The next day we get to Memorial Hospital and they don't have orders for my husband. This procedure was to take a tumor off the parathyroid and we were nervous. The procedure went longer than expected as the tumor was quite large. I kept asking if he was going to be in pain when the anesthesia wore off and they looked at me like I was crazy. He will be fine! We get home and the cords of his neck are so tight he gets a terrible migraine and this lasted three days. He was scheduled for work and hoped that he could get another pain Rx to relax him so he wouldn't get such a severe headache and this Dr. Hamden refused to give him one so I had to get something from our Primary Doctor. We would NEVER use this doctor or that ridiculous excuse for a clinic and certainly not refer them. I have shared this information with my husbands specialists as well so nobody else has this kind of experience. read more
