The reception staff are all fabulous, friendly and helpful. Every space is clean and immaculate, the bathrooms are cleaned so often! Our office at least weekly. I do head to the town square location occasionally because it is closer to home, but while there I just book a 'desk' for one point (we get 18 points per month) and my 'stuff' isn't there, ie. no double screen or favorite chair. Coffee is a fresh grinding machine that makes them hot and good. Kimbucha on tap (for those of you that do that) plenty of fridge space for your lunch box, red rock casino to wander over too for lunch or have it delivered, the front desk will let you know when it's arrived. Great place to work!

The soundproofing is non-existent; you can hear neighboring offices clearly, especially when people are on speakerphone. It is definitely not the 'private' office experience advertised. Additionally, the amenities are consistently unreliable. The espresso machine is frequently out of order--currently, it has been broken for two weeks--and access to these perks is cut off completely on weekends and holidays, leaving tenants with nothing but tap water. To make matters worse, the on-site staff is rarely available and seems to find reasons to leave early on a regular basis

From the moment you walk in, she greets you with a warm, genuine smile that immediately makes you feel welcomed and taken care of. But what sets Jenn apart is that she doesn't just manage the front desk... she curates an experience. Every detail feels intentional, from the fresh flowers in the meeting rooms to the way she communicates with such professionalism and kindness. She is also an incredible problem solver. Anytime I've had an issue... whether it's internet, scheduling, or anything operational.. Jenn handles it quickly, efficiently, and with such a calm, solution-oriented approach. You can tell she truly takes ownership of her role and cares about the people she serves. What I appreciate most is that Jenn doesn't feel like "just another employee." She is a true difference-maker. The level of excellence, consistency, and heart she brings reflects so positively on Regus as a whole. Because of her, my expectations for any Regus location moving forward have been set incredibly high. Jenn is a breath of fresh air, and I'm genuinely grateful for her presence. Employees like her are what make companies stand out.

The building offers convenient 24/7 keycard access, and the nightly cleaning service keeps everything tidy with trash taken out regularly. The services and amenities have been solid so far. A special shout-out to Jenn at the front desk -- she's excellent. She always greets me by name, handles any concerns quickly and professionally, and makes the whole experience feel personal and smooth. The only downside I've noticed in my first couple of weeks is that the priority internet speeds can be slower than expected, and the dedicated bandwidth option is quite expensive. Everything else has been working well for my needs. Overall, I'd recommend Regus Summerlin if you're looking for a prime location with good support and professional workspaces in the area.

The room has what you need to host a meeting Television for display A whiteboard on the other side with markers and eraser. Things you should know - Bring your own snacks (they don't have any available there) - Bring a cooler for drinks. While they do offer coffee, tea, and water in a common area and not the highest quality. - there are two single restrooms, which work fine for us - Our conference room had a door to the outside patio in the back, which was nicely landscape - You have to use an outside caterers to bring food in, no burners unless they are electrical. Luckily we used FNS catering who supplied us breakfast, lunch and the cooler with drinks for the days onsite https://superioreventservices.com/ But all in all the staff were great, friendly, mindful of the different groups coming in and out of the space, easy to work with. We will be using them again in January.

Let's see what happens when we see the greatness others offer. This is a sort of office space where they rent space for pop up events and fairs. It's the sort of place where they have local artisans gather and have a place for the public to come and see what's happening. This space is very nice and laid out well. All the individuals selling items were friendly and helpful with what they were selling. The parking is free. It's not the best but you might have to walk a little. Not many places to eat food but they were selling coffee . The area is safe. The price to get in was free too! Get out and explore your city! Who knows what you might find out there.

They were quick to reserve my event date and to send over a contract. It was affordable, easy to book, and the space is great for those with guest list that can range. I had a 2nd event here and it was just as smooth as the first event when booking. However, when arriving to the venue at my arrival time, the doors were locked. It wasn't until 10 minutes before the start of my event is when someone came to unlock the door. Though he apologized because no one informed him of my event, it still annoyed me a bit because we only had 10 minutes to setup. They charge extra to use their sound system, drink station, and other things you may need added to your event. I still paid full price for everything despite being let in late to setup and feeling flustered/rushed. There will be people who rent their own office space coming in and out. They have access to the space and amenities as much as you do, so as long as you're okay with that, then it should be fine. I still give this place 4 stars just because the space is nice to have an event at and my first time hosting an event went great. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt the 2nd time I've had my event. Should I have another future event here, I hope it turns out better.

Quite alarmed as the deposition was to start in 30 minutes before 3 lawyers. I raced to my home office for the depo. As I ran out the door I told the receptionist to close my account! The lack of services provided by Regus represents a "BREACH OF CONTRACT" and I demand that the account be closed and all funds paid be REFUNDED. BUYER BEWARE.
