When we were done, I came back downstairs and used the restrooms, which are very clean and spacious. They also have women's feminine products, should someone need them. One month ago while four lawyers were waiting for me to scan an important document, the Regus scanner didn't work, that was quite embarrasing. That's the same day the Regus coffee machine didn't work. Fast forward to last Wednesday, I called to reserve an office for another deposition appearance about 4pm, the depo was for the next day. NO ONE CALLED BACK WHICH IS TYPICAL. So, I went to the office Thursday morning to set up for the depo and was told, "NO OFFICES ARE AVAILABLE DUE TO CONSTRUCTION." Quite alarmed as the deposition was to start in 30 minutes before 3 lawyers. I raced to my home office for the depo. As I ran out the door I told the receptionist to close my account! One week later, I'm told that my account os still open until April 2026!! The lack of services provided by Regus represents a "BREACH OF CONTRACT" and I demand that the account be closed and all funds paid be REFUNDED. BUYER BEWARE.
