    Watch out with this guy. I hired him for work on my condo when I was out of town, and this…read morehappened: He forgot to charge me for permit costs, so later he claimed there was "extra work" that triggered the permit. I would have paid for it up front, but not this way. He also claimed he sent me pictures of the "extra work" a "bunch of times", but never sent any backup at all, although he sent 10 pictures of the same blank wall. (TF??) Then he sent me 2 bills for different amounts for unauthorized work, which I promptly didn't pay. He abandoned that attempt, but then demanded that I pay the ligit bill through his website immediately. When I paid through my bank instead, he attacked me and said I was f*ing him when he was "fixing my rotten house". Note that his website billing system contains a hidden cost. If you pay this way, you will be charged a fee. I unknowingly paid it that way the first time, but for the final bill, I subtracted the fee from the total. He gave up on that without a fight. He even knew that I was a professional project manager up front, and he still tried all his tricks. What does he pull on unsuspecting and trusting clients? Probably does OK work, but dude, how hard is it to simply be honest?

Hired people off the street with no experience. We had to have another contractor come and repair everything his company did.
