Allied responded very quickly to my call requesting a bid. I received an estimate hand delivered within two hours or so. Included in the bid was a folder that included information and samples about the products they use, which are GAF materials and are all excellent materials for roofing, that have an excellent warranty. The owner that works with the roofers was here to explain things to me as needed. Very high quality workers. They were very nice and willing to work around my dogs as the dogs went in and out. They also gave the dogs attention and didn't act like they were a problem. They were also very polite. This experience was absolutely the best I've had, in regards to anything I've had done. The roofers weren't like the rough, bad language, beer drinking roofers I've used in the past, where I was afraid to go out my door. This was a wonderful experience. From the high quality materials used, to the knowledgeable owners and the way the roofers applied the roof itself. I have no doubts that this roof will not fail with the rain and very high winds we get here. I love this company, they also do handyman jobs. I'll call when something needs done around here. Shane with Allied Roofing was so professional, I had water pouring into my kitchen from my skylight, 10 o'clock at night mind you! He came out in the rain got on the roof in the dark, and put a temporary fix till morning, so the water didn't flood me out durning my sleep. Then he came out first thing the next day and got the job done that day! Thank goodness the sun was out so he could fix it. Allied Roofing was one of 3 contractors I contacted. Shane was the only one who called back, scheduled an appt, inspected the problem (in the rain) and presented the most reasonable price. He explained the installation and I felt very comfortable and confident w/the explanation (along w/drawings). Work was done on time as expected and outstanding from start to finish.
