This company is the security company my apartment building uses. I have had a recurring issue with a neighbor above me, they are renting the unit out as an AirBnB which is expressly forbidden. Everyone is aware this is happening and we found out because the issues and noise going on in the unit go on through late night hours after midnight and hours such 2am, 3am, 4am etc. really it goes on all night long (and even during the day) but those late night hours are the most concerning for me as a tenant because of the disturbance and safety issues. Security would initially go out to try and handle the issues, hence amazing officer Le, but because the issue happens so frequently they are refusing to help the issue. An officer took the time to call me at 1130 pm to tell me to figure it out myself and not to call them again because no matter the time they will no longer go out to address the issues. The claim the people up there don't open the door, however regularly no officer would go when called or prepare the necessary and required reports. They are also supposed to patrol every two hours, another part of their job they would just choose not to do, this was confirmed for me by the building manager after she checked the cameras to see no patrols happening. A security company that refuses to provide security and assistance is useless. The fact that a security company can pick and choose what issues they want to help with and will not do their job is so concerning. Please do yourself a favor and do not use this company for your security needs, this company will not keep your tenants safe.
