UPDATE (June 2026): I wanted to come back and update my review because Allied Septic & Drain has once again gone above and beyond for my family. A few days ago, we noticed a strong foul sewage odor outside our home. Shortly after, we discovered wastewater bubbling up from the ground near our septic system. I called Allied's emergency line and spoke with a wonderful woman who assured me someone would get back to me right away. She wasn't kidding. Within about a minute of ending the call, the owner himself was calling me. What impressed me immediately was that he remembered me. He remembered my name, my property, and our previous service history. He took the time to walk me through the possible causes, explain what might be happening with the septic system, and answer every question I had. He even told me he was on his way home from vacation but was willing to rearrange his schedule because he understood we were dealing with a septic emergency. Although he offered to come Monday, I wasn't available until Tuesday. Without hesitation, he adjusted his schedule and made it work. When he arrived, he and his crew pumped both of my septic tanks, thoroughly evaluated the situation, and clearly explained what they believed was happening. They didn't try to pressure me into unnecessary work. Instead, they provided recommendations, explained my options, and even gave me contact information for trusted local professionals who could assist with the repairs. What really stood out to me was their willingness to continue helping even after the visit. Knowing that septic repairs can take time, they offered solutions to help us manage the situation while repairs are being completed. That level of customer service is incredibly rare today. As someone who strongly believes in supporting local businesses, I can honestly say this is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. You can tell the owner genuinely cares about his customers, takes pride in his work, and loves what he does. Every interaction has been professional, honest, and compassionate. If I stay in this home, Allied will continue to be my septic company. If I sell this home and buy another one, I'll call Allied. If I move away and eventually own another home with a septic system, I'll still keep their number saved. When you're dealing with a septic emergency, you want someone knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and trustworthy. Allied Septic & Drain has proven that they are all of those things. Highly recommend for septic pumping, septic emergencies, septic inspections, septic maintenance, and septic repair referrals. 2025: I recently had the pleasure of working with Allied for the cleaning/pump of my septic system, and I can't express enough how impressed I am with their service. As a first-time homeowner, (with bad experience from a different well known septic company) I was a bit anxious about the whole process, but the team at Allied made everything so easy and straightforward. From the moment they arrived, their professionalism was evident. They were incredibly fast and efficient, completing the work in no time without compromising quality. What stood out to me the most was how they took the time to explain everything to me. They walked me through the entire process, ensuring I understood how a septic system works, which was invaluable for someone like me who had no prior experience. The team also provided me with essential information on maintenance, including when and how often I should get my septic pumped. This is a long one...please hang in there. You may benefit. I worked with several septic services over many years - some in a commercial setting and others for my residence. Some that were at one time "just OK", decayed - oversold unnecessary services, did not pump properly, overcharged, damaged my equipment, had unprofessional (even impolite) attitudes and communications, etc. My experience with Allied however, was completely the opposite. As I was shopping for a new service, I interviewed the Owner on the phone. I had many questions and specific requests (that I learned to have as a direct result of my bad experience with others). He was polite and thorough in his answers. As a result, I decided to give them a try. The experience that I had today was exactly as the Owner promised and described over the phone. It was not like the simple "pump and dump" that I experienced with some others. He was on time, was careful in his placement of equipment, was exceptionally thorough (pumping and scraping the tank and not partially as some (many?) services do (claiming that sludge must be left in the tank - uh uh). He was reasonably priced and effective in his work. I work with many vendors in many fields...working with Allied was one of my best experiences in recent memory! I was looking for a septic pump service. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I called for an appointment, and unlike other services I called which said their schedule is full for four weeks, they suggested Monday (3 days from now). I asked if we could do it sooner, within 3 minutes, they came back and said, how about in an hour. The office person was very personable, and within 45 minutes, the truck arrived. The operator was again, very personable, and educated me on a few things my last service hadn't. I had my last service 2 years ago, and this service was 60 percent of the cost of that service. They also have a reminder service for my next service date, and offered me a couple of ways to cut down the cost of my next service. Not sure I can get a couple of neighbors to agree, but for anyone who is moving into a new housing project, I highly recommend taking advantage of this since you will all be starting at the same time. How could anyone ask for more. Great service is so hard to find these days, I highly recommend Allied as your next service provider. read more

Great local company! Allied Septic and Drain was awesome to work with. I can't say enough good things about Allied Septic and Drain. I was really worried that my septic system might be failing, but when they came out on October 16th to pump the tank, they took the time to inspect everything again and explain what was actually going on. They were honest, professional, and completely put my mind at ease. They also kept me updated throughout the whole process, which I really appreciated. It's clear they care about their customers and take pride in their work. I'm very thankful for their help and will definitely be using them again for any future maintenance. Last Friday night my septic system pump failed making it impossible for me to use any water. I called Allied at 5:30 PM and Dave was at my house within the hour to pump my tank, yes, on Friday night. He was back a few days later to install a new pump and all is well. That's some kind of service. I am (and you should be) impressed! read more
