I wanted to come back and update my review because Allied Septic & Drain has once again gone above and beyond for my family.
A few days ago, we noticed a strong foul sewage odor outside our home. Shortly after, we discovered wastewater bubbling up from the ground near our septic system.
I called Allied's emergency line and spoke with a wonderful woman who assured me someone would get back to me right away. She wasn't kidding. Within about a minute of ending the call, the owner himself was calling me.
What impressed me immediately was that he remembered me. He remembered my name, my property, and our previous service history. He took the time to walk me through the possible causes, explain what might be happening with the septic system, and answer every question I had. He even told me he was on his way home from vacation but was willing to rearrange his schedule because he understood we were dealing with a septic emergency. Although he offered to come Monday, I wasn't available until Tuesday. Without hesitation, he adjusted his schedule and made it work.
When he arrived, he and his crew pumped both of my septic tanks, thoroughly evaluated the situation, and clearly explained what they believed was happening. They didn't try to pressure me into unnecessary work. Instead, they provided recommendations, explained my options, and even gave me contact information for trusted local professionals who could assist with the repairs.
What really stood out to me was their willingness to continue helping even after the visit. Knowing that septic repairs can take time, they offered solutions to help us manage the situation while repairs are being completed. That level of customer service is incredibly rare today.
As someone who strongly believes in supporting local businesses, I can honestly say this is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. You can tell the owner genuinely cares about his customers, takes pride in his work, and loves what he does. Every interaction has been professional, honest, and compassionate.
If I stay in this home, Allied will continue to be my septic company. If I sell this home and buy another one, I'll call Allied. If I move away and eventually own another home with a septic system, I'll still keep their number saved.
When you're dealing with a septic emergency, you want someone knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and trustworthy. Allied Septic & Drain has proven that they are all of those things.
