They showed up when they said they would and did exactly everything by the book which also means filing permits and arranging inspections which is always PITA. Their "behind -the-scenes" admin, "JoJo" was very responsive and replied to my text inquiries in a timely manner, typically within minutes. "Max" was the assigned "technician of the day" and he arrived in a timely manner. Prior to his arrival, Cool Wizard texted me that Max was on his way, and texted me a picture so I knew who he was! Max checked out the system and reported that the system was basically OK, but suggested a couple non-critical items that I might wish to address in the future, and backed up his suggestions with photos. I appreciated that he didn't try to sell me a new unit, or attempt to scare me with a "gloom -and-doom" outlook. The old "Holiday Inn" commercial said "The best surprise is NO surprise", and there were NO surprises because the bill was $95, which was exactly what I'd been quoted in advance. I'm glad that my A/C appears to be OK now, but when I do need a new one, I'm calling "Cool Wizard"
