So it was an errand morning and I was knocking them off one by one. I needed to overnight a doc and these guys were just down the street. I had never used them before, but you know what they say- Location, Location, Location! I blew in prepared to grumble as I filled out the ubiquitous form. I very nice guy said NO FORM! What? He grabbed my "From" info from my driver's license and the "To" info from my doc and input everything directly himself. No stupid middleman form! Bim, bam, boom and I was out of there in less than five minutes and very impressed! read more

If minus stars were available, they would get minus 3. My sister and I stopped to ship 3 boxes FedEx ground and to have some up cycled projects packed and shipped. We were quoted $550 to pack and shIp our projects. When we objected, the clerk stated that our artistic endeavors could easily be duplicated at Home Depot for $20 and a can of spray paint. He then quoted $77 each to ship the three boxes. When we objected, he told us we could go to Fort Myers FedEx location for FedEx pricing. We took our goods and left. We stopped at Office Depot a mile away and shipped the 3 boxes FedEx ground for $35 each. We're working on the up cycled projects. I would advise staying away from this kind of backwoods rip-off joint and stick with the National brands. Typical example of why the small businesses are collapsing. read more

I asked a friend to ship me a small apx. 3 pound package by UPS Ground, no insurance needed as the standard 100.00 is covered, i gave him my UPS account number for ease of shipment, whoever was at that counter has no idea what he was doing, I received a tracking number for this package stating it was shipped 2-day air, that will never due, when it arrives it will be refused and returned to this outfit at their expense, years ago, this same friend had sent me many items with my account number, ground and their was never a issue, looks like an employee without training, anything furthur delvelops on this matter it will be turned over to an attorney, this outfit is not honest. read more

I am only being gracious, bc of previous experience with this place, if today was my first visit I would never be back!! I went to return some amazon packages, and was having some difficulty with emailing the label. The gentleman, not worthy of the name, behind the counter basically insulted my intelligence, lost patience with me, and made me feel, even though there was NO LINE, I was wasting EVERYONES time. I was so mad, I just walked out, without sending them out!! guess I'll be hunting around for where to send off my amazon returns. read more

Jennifer lied and said that that the post office would not accept my items in the same box- they had to be in "Three Separate Boxes". Then she tried to rip me off and charge me $150!!! Turned out that the post office had NO PROBLEM accepting the items in the same box and only charged me $25 for shipping! read more

seems overprice $4 for a small box-$3 for a little bubblewrap-$2.50 to tape box. $10 to mail with a prepd ups label. This is only place in town if you want to do ups-united parcel service- so there are no other choices. what can I say. read more

For the most part staff vey helpful, but it really does depend on who you get stuck with. They also either won't tell, don't know, or are just trying to rip you off bc, I have gone in w/some Items & they've always wanted a ridiculous amt to ship, so won't ship there unless item is already pre paid for shipping! But all in all pretty helpful except for 1 person who always seems to be impatient or in a bad mood. It may even be the owner, bc when this person is rude...Other staffers seem reluctant to say anything...They just kind of hang back & stare! read more

Seriously this is the best shipping place I have ever been to. For me to even realize that there's differences in quality between shipping places is amazing. Each and every time I have gone here I have been helped IMMEDIATELY. I have been here in the dead heat of December, when everyone and their cousin is trying to ship stuff and has somehow brought their boxes without having addressed them or taped them shut while they leak toxic fluids and Alligator Shipping STILL managed to get me taken care of immediately. I also rented a U-Haul here and received the same exceptional service. This place is great. read more

I will never use or recommend Alligator pack and ship again. The guy with the long red hair is the most unprofessional, condescending representative I've ever dealt with. He treated me with a hatred and contempt I didn't deserve. Lucky for them they're the only shipping service in Sebring. I will be doing my own shipping from now on. No one deserves to be treated like that. read more

These folks are great. They are courteous, very knowledgeable and efficient. Couldn't ask for a better store. Since they can do all shipping including post office it is my one stop shop for getting my shipping done. read more

my boyfriend and I went in to ship 2 boxes last week in January 2016. not only was the woman behind the counter extremely rude the price to ship a box under 20 lbs was $148. dollars!! Dont go here! You've been warned!!! read more
