Two Clever Fellas came and dislodged the mess from the vines and leaves that was covering it and hauled the stuff away. It looks so much better now! They were able to drop off a 20 cubic yard dumpster the same day as we called in. Their rate is very competitive amongst others that offer the same service. Typical rental period is 10 days. Pick up was easy as well, in fact, we didn't even need to be present for pick up, just need a clear path for the truck to the dumpster. Hopefully, there will not be another need for their service. Multiple items were left behind, including clothing, bags, a laundry hamper, a lamp, a shoe rack, and other belongings, requiring me to spend the following day finishing the move myself. The movers also arrived unprepared and asked to borrow my personal tools to disassemble and reassemble furniture. During the move, my wood table was damaged and now has a significant crack. After the move, I contacted the company to try to resolve the issue. Communication took weeks, and after multiple follow-ups, my request for a refund was denied. The owner seemed more interested in arguing with me than addressing the incomplete move and damaged property. I expected a completed move, professional preparation, and reasonable customer service.
