These guys are truly a life saver! We had called Tuji Moving last week to help us with our movers. We were in a real bind since our other moving company canceled on us 1 week prior. Keep in mind we have 3 bedroom house to move with 9 people in our family. The representative on the phone was super helpful. Recommended ways we can do the estimate, asked all the right questions and even gave me a quote that was much more accurate and prices accurately than the company that canceled on me. On the day of the move things continued in perfection. 4 guys came out with all the tools, materials, right sized truck to move our items in one shot. They moved everything safely and packed it up amazingly. The whole day took 8 hours start to finish and they moved our whole house. When I got the estimate I thought we would have about 100 boxes and 50 pieces of furniture. Even forgetting a few pieces and having 150 boxes was no issue, just took a bit more time and Tuji Moving crew still helped us move everything we needed. Just wanted to say how efficient and hard-working the two gentlemen who moved our son's possessions last weekend were. The speed and quality of work was amazing. Very polite and accommodating as well once the new destination was reached. Would highly recommend. Things to be aware - you can't get a definite arrival time until the morning of - which is a bit late if you are getting up early thinking the team will arrive at the 8 in the 8-10 time frame. The move was 3+ hrs transit time and the earlier load time would have made not such a late time to unload. The initial estimate is an estimate...... when they arrive, they will see what the actual move is, what needs done, but at least we did not get a final price until they arrived at the destination. The extra is our total bill was not too bad. Be very specific on what items are being moved and read the contract on how things are suppose to be packed. read more
