Over six months after Tim and his crew moved our possessions to storage he and his team brought our things to us in Northern Michigan. We told Tim that we were flexible on the delivery as it was over 1200 miles but he wanted to be on time for us. Less than three hours after closing Tim and his team arrived at our new home. I had been stressed out about a cross-country move for months. Tim at Been Moving Services was the first person to get back to me and had the best price of the 3 estimates I received. I called Tim and he was very knowledgeable about my situation, which was picking up my things and packing them into a Pod at the Pod facility. Another review mentioned there was a plan in place to get their move done and it was no different in my case. I had other questions leading up to the move and they were always answered promptly. Tim and Loquan showed up early, loaded up quickly and carefully, skillfully loaded up the Pod and we were done with 90 minutes to spare before the place closed. The Pod showed up 2600 miles away and it appeared nothing had really moved around in the Pod at all. I was honestly shocked and relieved. SERVICE !! I only needed a couple of items moved and found BEEN MOVING through the Next Door Neighborhood app. Before I called BEEN MOVING, I called a couple of others. No one answered or their website was deleted. When I called Tim at BEEN MOVING, he answered right away and offered to come THE SAME DAY to help. The price was reasonable, but I wasn't ready. I texted him a few days later in the morning ( around 7 am) to check his availability that day or the next. He was there at 9:30 the same day. While they were working, I noticed a couple of things. 1) they were very professional & polite. 2) they were fun to interact with. 3) Tim answered every call and quickly scheduled or resolved the question. There is no way this company will not do well, that's why this is a five star review. Additionally, they went above and beyond and met me at Goodwill to unload. The Goodwill guys were very pleased.
