They arrived on schedule but said before they started, that the re-painting of the railing estimate did not include painting the balusters since we were not replacing them. It was clear from the estimate that painting was included but when they realized they were not making the extra money from replacing the balusters the job became too small and the decided to bait and switch me on the painting to make more money and all of a sudden the painting was much more.
