I hired him for a kitchen remodel that included plumbing and electrical relocation. Despite claims on his website, he never filed the required permit for the plumbing work and used unlicensed plumbers on my home. When I asked for subcontractor names, license numbers, or proof of insurance, he delayed providing any documentation. I finally got the COI. FUNNY the policy start date was the date after I asked for it. I paid a $12,500 deposit. Work done: Demolition/prep, unpermitted/unlicensed plumbing (which I had to fix), unfinished cabinets, and cans of paint (nothing painted). Certainly not $12500 worth of work. Deadlines were pushed from the promised 2 weeks to a month, bait and switch. The lack of permits, the use of unlicensed trades, the refusal to disclose subcontractor or insurance details, and his increased hostility forced me to terminate him. I tried arbitration via BBB and he has refused to respond. He took off with my large deposit and left me with a torn‑apart kitchen. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this contractor. I should have paid more attention to the red flags. After asking for a general quote via BBB, he unexpectedly showed up at my house, UNINVITED. Predatory behavior, Red Flag 1. Conversation got too personal, not professional on his part, Red Flag 2. Spoke poorly of and to his wife, Red Flag 3.

So we were in a time crunch by the time we found Quality Tile and Marble. But boy did they save the day for us. Jamie the owner told us over the phone they sell tile but do not install but would be happy to find an installer for us if we were purchasing tile there. The tiles we purchased were BETTER and LESS EXPENSIVE then the big box store we went to originally. And the SERVICE WAS INCREDIBLE. Jamie deliverd on his promise and then some. He called a tile guy who came to our house and gave us an estimate the same day and was able to start the job the next day and even picked up the tiles for us. The tile installers finished the job in 3 days. They installed a kitchen and 3 bathrooms. I could not reccomend Quality Tile & Marble enough. They had everything in stock, helped us pick the colors and styles. Were very patient and attentive to our needs and wants and they truly saved the day for us. Forget looking anywhere else, this is the best tile place.
