Dumped all of her patients after seeing her with our family for over ten years. Unless you signed up for a froufrou $2500"md vip"doc fee for a family so you could have special access and same day appointments. Hasn't been like that for years with same day appointments. We were always referred to urgent care. Doctor would not call only medical assistant or nurse. We were informed we could transfer to the md vip at an extra cost but no one would say what she was doing with her existing patients. Well I took my daughter for a routine physical and found out when I asked the receptionist and she said "oh you will have to find a new doctor." I am just disappointed that it has become about money and not care of the patients. I do love Sasha the nurse practitioner but she can't be the saving grace of the practice. This review is of Dr. Hull only. I have received great care when seen by her partners and other doctors within FMC. I am just shocked and surprised by the lack of communication and the way a lot of her existing patients were just dumped. The most shocking part is she is staying part of FMC. I have not once ever fallen in love with a Doctor. It has actually taken me almost 5 years to buckle down and find a primary. I did some online research and found that Dr. Hull had very high scores on several medical sites and - even better - is super close to where I live. Not surprisingly, there was a bit of a wait to get to an exam room. I will gladly wait every time for the type of attention received. It was 100% clear that she took the time to read over the paperwork (I had JUST filled out). She asked follow up questions, counseled me and even took notes on some items needed to build my chart and made sure I had everything before I left. She was super nice and clearly cares about her patients. read more

I have been with Florida Medical approximately 6 years and today will be the last day myself or anyone else in my family (wife and son) seeks treatment from your organization. I had an appointment this morning with Dr. Hull. I told the receptionist or whomever I spoke with on the phone that I needed a physical. I get to the office and talk to the receptionist and I am told that I *HAVE* to have a consult before I can get a physical. I said I don't want to be charged for a consult when she could ask me those same questions while giving me a physical. The receptionist then said let me go talk to the doctor and see what we can do. Out comes a lady who ushers me into a side room and tells me either do the consult or we won't do anything for you. So I am now being strong armed into a consult as the woman told me she just wants to "talk about my doctors". I asked why wouldn't she be able to do this while attending to my physical. She said we just don't do it that way. This is now clearly looking like a money grab. Anything she would want to know she could ask me during the physical, not to mention my records are there from when I have seen Dr. Fontenet, Dr. Shah, Dr. Reza, and my former doctor who I wish had stayed with you, Dr. Mahmood. The reason I chose Dr. Hull because she is one of the very few doctors left at Florida Medical who have at least a 4 star rating on the doctors rating sites. She is also my son's doctor. Lately when I have dealt with Florida Medical it has been all about making sure up front that we are going to be able to pay. Your practices are far less friendly now and reeks of get em in and get em out just like the place i left 6 years ago to come to Florida Medical when it was once a breath of fresh air. The rank cowardice of sending out a lackey to tell me like it or leave it in a closed room was pretty appalling. Maybe that is just the pressure to make money. Money, money, money grab! The doctor is actually quite good, so it's too bad the billing department is so awful. STAY AWAY!!!!!

STAY AWAY from this Dr. This doctor apparently thinks its okay to give a child a medication that he is allergic to! My child was diagnosed with a staph infection, the staph infection was confirmed through a culture! And this lady was more concerned about his immunizations being up to date and getting a flu shot. We told her several times in the office, NO!!!!! my child is NOT getting a flu shot, he is sick, he is up to date on immunizations, so no, no no. She asks us his drug allergies. And then asks us our pharmacy. So, we tell her. WE go to pharmacy to pick up meds. And guess what? This doctor prescribed him something he is highly allergic too!!! The pharmacists had an alert in the system, they called the doctors office, because it was after hours, the on call dr had to call dr. hull. Dr hull refused to prescribe anything else!!! pharmacist was blown away!!! as a parent, i'm blown away. This is not a doctor who cares about your childs best interest. STAY AWAY! I will be reporting this doctor. DO NOT GO TO HER! She is cocky and doesn't care! I hope that the person in charge of her, reads this. And is aware of her poor attitude, her cockiness is not welcomed. She has a poor bed-side manner. We will tell our insurance company what happened, and hope to discuss this with her superior. She needs to be put under a review. She should ask the parents, if they are ok with risking their child with a medication they are allergic too. She DID NOT ASK US! This tells me, she does not care.
