The place is located on the bottom floor of a commercial space. There are three massage rooms available, two which look to just house one bed each and then one which was able to accommodate two beds for a couple's massage. The whole place was appointed very tastefully, with little touches to enhance relaxation. We filled out a form asking about any particular problems or areas of focus, and we were able to talk about our goals for the experience with the therapists before they started. After we were undressed and on the table, the therapists turned down the lights and there was some calming music played. Our massages were extremely professional and relaxing. I know that I prefer a lighter massage, and Katie was great at making sure that I wasn't experiencing any pain but was still getting the circulation and muscle manipulation benefits. My fiance prefers a deeper massage, and his therapist was able to get some knots out of his neck that have been tense for awhile. The therapists definitely took their time, and we felt like we got our full 60 minutes worth. We left feeling very pampered, and will definitely return in the future!

The night before my appointment, I received a voicemail from another woman calling on her behalf saying that Erin had an emergency and had to reschedule. I was disappointed that I wasn't going to have my massage the next day but understood since life happens. I reached out to Erin a few weeks later since I hadn't heard back about rescheduling and I also had some product for her in my own business and wanted to see if she still needed this. She contacted me back a few days later and we rescheduled the appointment within those next few weeks, which made me happy. I went this past weekend and so glad I did! The location of her studio is great since it's right on Niagara Falls Blvd in a busy area. I went a few minutes early and she was very welcoming and we sat down and talked about what my problem areas were and how much pressure I like with my massage. Afterwards she brought me into the massage room and asked if it was ok to use some essential oils with my massage. I was excited because I just bought a kit for myself and lavender is one of my favorite scents so she used that. The music that she played was extremely relaxing and I really loved it. The massage was wonderful! She told me before we started that she specializes in deep tissue massage and I've never had that before. I told her I like medium pressure so she was really good with accommodating that. The only complaint I would have is I tend to usually be cold and I found myself cold at some points of the massage. I wish there was a table warmer or it was warmer in the room in general. Other than that, I left there feeling much better than when I came. I was very relaxed and I'm looking forward to booking another massage with Erin in the future.
