Ashley has been phenomenal in helping me navigate my injury and I cannot say enough about both her technical skill as a practitioner and her level of caring as a person. She also was a great sounding board as I worked with an orthopedist and a PT. She supported me as I needed to advocate for myself when my pain was minimized. Another issue with this location is the room I was in was right next to the receptionist so I heard every conversation and phone call which was a little annoying. There weren't many customers so it didn't happen often. Overall, I would still come back here. Sarah gives the best massages and pays close attention to my sore areas. The woman used an excessive amount of pressure and a punching-type technique that made the massage quite painful rather than relaxing. The lady also was passing gas during the massage multiple times. When I went to pay, I was told the price was actually $65. Since I had brought $70 based on the price I was quoted over the phone, I only had $5 available for a tip. When the gentleman saw the amount I was leaving, he pressured and bullied me into using the ATM to withdraw additional cash for a larger tip. I felt extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed, especially with other customers waiting behind me. The unexpected price difference was frustrating, but being pressured to withdraw additional money for a tip was what really made this experience unpleasant. A tip should be voluntary and based on the customer's experience--not something a customer feels pressured into giving. Unfortunately, I left feeling uncomfortable rather than relaxed, and I would not return. Mind you, I'm an 18 year old girl who was bullied by this man.

She didn't have any availability until a month or so later but I was fine with waiting since it was a good deal. The night before my appointment, I received a voicemail from another woman calling on her behalf saying that Erin had an emergency and had to reschedule. I was disappointed that I wasn't going to have my massage the next day but understood since life happens. I reached out to Erin a few weeks later since I hadn't heard back about rescheduling and I also had some product for her in my own business and wanted to see if she still needed this. She contacted me back a few days later and we rescheduled the appointment within those next few weeks, which made me happy. I went this past weekend and so glad I did! The location of her studio is great since it's right on Niagara Falls Blvd in a busy area. I went a few minutes early and she was very welcoming and we sat down and talked about what my problem areas were and how much pressure I like with my massage. Afterwards she brought me into the massage room and asked if it was ok to use some essential oils with my massage. I was excited because I just bought a kit for myself and lavender is one of my favorite scents so she used that. The music that she played was extremely relaxing and I really loved it. The massage was wonderful! She told me before we started that she specializes in deep tissue massage and I've never had that before. I told her I like medium pressure so she was really good with accommodating that. The only complaint I would have is I tend to usually be cold and I found myself cold at some points of the massage. I wish there was a table warmer or it was warmer in the room in general. Other than that, I left there feeling much better than when I came. I was very relaxed and I'm looking forward to booking another massage with Erin in the future.
