All of our bushes have looked like utter shit for the last three years. The owner's excuse the first year was that he had a new crew that he hadn't been able to train yet. No one from our HOA's Board seems to have confronted him about the fact that the guys should be trained by now. The pictures included were take 5 days after bushes were trimmed. They are all different shapes and sizes and only about 2 inches of leaves were cut off when the bushes should have been trimmed to HALF that size. They are all thin and scraggly looking because they need to be cut much, much smaller to make them fill out. The juniper hedges were trimmed about an inch. They are sloppy and wavy and the ends overflow onto our patios. SLOPPY, TERRIBLE WORK! I'm so sick of how this place looks which I why I'm finally leaving this review on both Yelp and Google. These guys also keep an unpredictable schedule. They usually come on Wednesdays or Thursdays, so I planned to have company over for an outside meal on FRIDAY. Well, here they fucking are! They've not shown up on a single Friday for months until I make plans that day.

But, I made the ultimate mistake in paying the balance in full beforehand so as one could expect, nobody showed. Unfortunately, we had a wedding we were planning and things got busy so it slipped my mind. In any case, we never got the extra 2 feet of barrier by the deck nor did we get the dead plants replaced. In any case, they did good work, but if you use them, be sure you get everything done before paying in full as you'll likely have little to no recourse. Update: I heard from the owner and she indicated that it was not intended and they still have an open work order. We'll be scheduling some time in the spring to get the last items finished.
