A few days later They sent out a man to see if the trees could be taken down without the electric company trimming the trees off the lines. He said he could do it "No problem." The start date came and went, no show. Next day no show. Called the company and was told they needed to limbs to be trimmed. I told the lady what was said and was told she didn't know why they would say that. Me either I thought. I then began the fight with the electric company. Once the electric company came, They cut the trees down to the trunks. We could handle that alone but there was one tree we couldn't do. Too tall. Asked for a new estimate just for the one tree and the excuses began. They wanted the job when it was a $4000 job. Not interested in a cheaper one. Kept waiting and waiting for someone to come out. Then was told it would be a month wait after the estimate. Funny how they were ready to jump on the job when they were getting a larger amount of money. Oh and if you are not ready to be preached at, don't call. The first guy tried to convert me at the end of the estimate.

They have credit card on file which they charge weekly but no work since 2nd week of June! Cannot get a hold of anyone and that is the worst part of all!!! Then... after watering as advised for a few weeks, making sure to keep the dogs off, we noticed certain areas weren't taking root. Pretty soon, those areas started drying up and turning brown. Contacted again, via Facebook, received a reply that we should be patient, give it some time. Waited a few more weeks, contacted again. Was told that nothing could be done, as it was now December. Should wait till the spring. Waited till March, then a guy came out to take a look. Told us to give it a few more weeks, if not better they would replace with fresh sod, no problem. End of April, still not better. Spoke to same guy on the phone, this time he said he'd prefer NOT to re-do, as they don't really offer a guarantee. Maybe we could work out a deal to Said he'd never seen anything like what had happened with our yard before. Maybe the sod itself was bad? Said he'd discuss with the farmer and he would get back to me... That was 5/9/19, it's now 6/10/19 and still no word, despite my attempt at a follow up on 5/20/19. Don't get me wrong, these things happen, I understand that. But to ignore someone, hoping they'll go away is just not good business. Neither is saying you'll fix something, then saying you'd rather not.
