The business is run from home so you get the welcoming, relaxed vibes which for my dog is very important because he normally hates his owner leaving him anywhere, but he didn't seem to miss me at all when at the wag wash, he was preened and pampered and had a lovely time. I couldn't get a better service Anywhere else, Millie can get a bit nervous at times but Mark is fantastic and very patient and treats her like she was his own, she always comes back to me happy and wagging her tail! She smells beautiful and Mark will groom her just as I ask. He's so gentle too and nothing is too much trouble for him! He even Fones me 5mins b4 he arrives so we can take Millie outside to meet him so she's not so nervous and now she is great and happy to see Mark! Wouldn't want anyone else for my Yorkie!
