They always make sure she is walked with suitable dogs of similar temperament. When they collect her I feel so reassured that she in great hands and is treated with lots of love and care. Indie looks forward to her walks and always returns home looking happy, waggy and suitably weary from all the fun doggy adventures she's had. She was able to demonstrate techniques to start the journey of training and I was able to experience positive results immediately. She is able to correct you without making you feel a failure or inadequate and stupid and at all times my dog felt comfortable and was responsive (if albeit exuberant in some of her attempts. At the end of each session Jo e-mails what was covered during that time adding further advice or tips and giving you links to things she may feel will help you or indeed supplying you with links to things you may have asked or discussed. I would highly recommend her services. She seems passionate about her work and animals and is a credit to the training profession. I will certainly be using her again if I feel I need more help/improvement and knowing I can contact her in the future via e-mail for any help, support or advice is a great comfort.

Nikki is reliable, flexible and I totally entrust her looking after Lola and coming into our home. When we first met Nikki she was able to show us all her documentation (references/ insurance certificate/ CRB checks etc). I need not have worried, I was shown all around the kennels at great length by very friendly and informative staff. The structure and lay-out of the business is well built, well laid out, clean, safe and efficiently run. I have left both dogs on a couple of occasions, taken their food (they eat what they have been fed all ther lives as racing dogs) and the staff have been only too willing to continue with the diet discussed with them beforehand. Everyone I meet is always welcoming and clearly love all the animals left in their care and have a good understanding and experience of all breeds. My amazing "pets" return to me bright-eyed, clearly happy and secure. I feel lucky to have all the Staff at " Linden " to care for my dogs when I go away.

Yes, he comes out a bit thinner but that is because he is on the go the whole time he is in there playing with like minded dogs each morning and afternoon. I always give them lots of extra food so they can feed him up but basically he doesn't stop running and playing the whole time he is there so I feed him up before he goes in there which helps. When he gets back in my car after I collect him he always has a kiss and a lick for the staff who handle him brilliantly. Coming down from the top as per the other review - that's because the dogs tend to be out in the meadow not in the kennel when we collect them. The only downside I can see is that he gets bored just being with me after he's had so any friends for 3 weeks and gives me a hard time demanding i chase him round the garden! Well how shocking I was to collect my dog not to mention the rudeness so my dog came from up the top of the pathway I was never showed I wasn't aloud to see were he was staying etc he came down looking weak I'll and underweight now I feel like a bad owner he had lost that much weigh he slips out of his harness to play with the other dogs to then get a boot in his face by the owner made me soon angry my dog isn't aggressive wat so ever and there was no need for that I stroked my dog to feel it felt like he had just come out of the freezer he was that cold he was shaking walking home I no dog loose weigh in kennels but over my dead body had he gone from xl harness to now a medium he clearly wasn't feed right if feed at all lost blankets an I wasn't even given the food back he was supposed to be fed on... my dog weed an poo all the way home like he hadn't been out in a long time wen I did get home 3 bowls of water in one go an scoffed his food like he hadn't eaten in weeks disgusting he now has bad ear infection an slept all day he was soo pink in the face I have taken this further as he hasn't been the same an to not show me were my dog has slept has alarm bells going for me he hasn't been treated right at all I'll be making my views very clear on this nasty place !!!!!

I started my journey importing my dog to Australia in July 2022 when someone suggested using Sophie…read morefrom AirPets to carry out the necessary steps for me. This, unfortunately, has not been my experience with AirPets. My dog is my world, like most, so for me importing him safely, happily and with a competent company was of the utmost importance. I trusted Sophie with the process and it has honestly caused me more stress, tears and anxiety than I can express. From the start, Sophie's communication was lacking (she even commented on this herself, admitting that communication had been lacking) and there were several times where I was concerned about her management of my import request. The first issue was after our initial discussions when I had sent payment for the import permit with confirmation that the permit was being applied for, to receive an email the next day stating that she would need a copy of the RNATT test results to start the import application. I was pretty concerned at this point, but as Sophie had come recommended I decided to carry on. (NB: the person that recommend AirPets initially is now no longer recommending AirPets and is instead using a different Agent). At every step of the process, I had to chase Sophie to get answers/results. Not once did she send over documentation without me chasing her for it, and this was always some time after she had received it! Even the Veterinary Schedule that you're supposed to receive alongside your initial payment for the permit, I had to chase - explaining to Sophie that the lack of information was causing me some stress meant she sent over a tentative schedule with a single date on! It was just a constant hassle to get anything out of Sophie - the worst being the PEQ Booking & updated Import Permit - the PEQ Booking Number (PRN) was actually never sent to me (until the very end of our communication after multiple times asking for it), nor was the booking confirmed until I chased Sophie about the dates as I had been told that the date we requested was fully booked & the updated Import Permit, which I was told about on Oct 21st, was completed on November 1st and I didn't get it until I emailed Sophie letting her know I was no longer going to be working with her on Nov 18th. I honestly thought the whole thing couldn't get much worse, until I let Sophie know that I had lost faith in her ability to complete the import of my dog, to which her response was "thanks for the feedback, I'll go ahead and cancel your quarantine spot". To say that I was shocked at the response would be an understatement. It seemed like a very petty way to respond to someone, given how poor communication had been throughout. This then ensued a back and fourth of emailing for near 24hrs of me asking Sophie to provide the PRN Number for the booking (at this point, I honestly didn't trust that the booking had been made, so at the very least I wanted the PRN as confirmation for the booking) with Sophie, as per usual, ignoring my requests and instead pressuring for payment (of £42 for the booking fee, which is a nice upcharge of over double given that the current cost for the PEQ fee is just over £15 - £27AUD). To say my experience with AirPets has been underwhelming would be an understatement and I would not recommend them to anyone. I would in fact, tell them to run the other way and avoid them. For a process that is beyond important for most pet owners, the way that Sophie handled things was just abysmal.
