We found someone else to do the job who wasn't as pushy, shady and unprofessional. 2 other bids also came in $5k and $6k under Dave's estimate. He sent us threatening texts and left voicemails telling us to "F*CK OFF" "F*CKING MORON" and "DUMB*SS" then something about "meeting face to face". SHOCKING. Giving an estimate does not entitle you to the job. He was trying to take advantage of out-of-state owners and turned on us in a scary, freaky way. I would have offered to pay for time and gas but not after the way he acted! BEWARE, this guy is UNSTABLE!
