Hi let me start off by saying this is the worst Dental office to go to. I got a dental implant front bottom tooth the implant not crown broke off after two years. I moved to Vegas. I tried to reach Dr Zang and soon found out he moved to San Diego after getting my implant in his Anhiem office. Let me tell you about my nightmare. I went back and fourth driving taking my own time off of work. Using my own gas renting a car and also getting a room having faith that the doctor would fix my tooth. Instead the doctor took the broken implant and tried to raise up a broken implant now I didn't think about it at the moment until I went to see a real specialist. The implant was so infused in the bone I'm sure he messed up my jaw. Think of putting a nail in cement?? What happens when you pull out the nail? The cement ripples and breaks. The doctor soon put in an all metal Victoria bride which he made me pay for 340$ which I was so thrilled about having teeth in the front of my mouth that o didn't mind honestly it took forever for anyone to even get back to me. Then soon after I went home to vegas to find out that the tooth wasn't stable and after two weeks the implant completely fell off. After suffering and much wasted time and calling and calling the office no one cares to get back to me. Dr Zang finally after weeks (thank for I had my old flipper) and gums were missing under it so it looked so bad. Dr Zang wanted to finally give me the bridge I had asked for but I said I wanted a refund. After waiting and asking for 2000$ which is fair because the bridge was 2500$ and everything I had paid for with Zang was 1740$ plus I have this implant stuck in the front of my teeth and I have to pay more because of Dr Zang a crooked work. He sent me a check in the mail for 1600$ Not even a full refund! My best advice. Don't go to a cheap doctor go to an better one then this one. I'm so upset so much time and money has been wasted it was such a nightmare. This is such an injustice case. I can't believe how ripped off I got and this doctor didn't even pay for my expenses or pay to fix the damaged he has caused. Not only did I get ripped off with money but now I have a an implant in my front lower jaw and I had to shave down two perfectly healthy teeth to create a bridge so there wouldn't be a huge gap below just to fix a problem. BEWARE! FRAUD ALERT! These people are crooks and are ripping people off. They tell new patients that the initial consultation and exam for the first visit is done at no charge, until the treatment they recommended is done with their office. However, this is not true They will still bill you and your insurance even after telling you that the first exam is at no charge. This is prominently advertised on their website in the top right corner, "FREE DENTAL EXAM". They bill your insurance months later, after the fact and get new patients in to them under the false guise that you are getting a free dental exam. Then you call their office and the people that you spoke to initially are now conveniently no longer employed there. Rip off artists all around!! FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD! read more

Some of my I teeth have needed restoration for years. I have 8 great kids; as parents we always put our children first! My kids have great teeth... me not so much... football, rugby, grinding... you get the picture. I did research and due diligence. I consulted and made one of the best decisions ever. I started a process of restoring and correcting my teeth. I needed some implants All New Dental were accurate, fair and forthright. All New Dental worked with me. I'm very pleased. I like my smile! ALERT FRAUD AND DO NOT NOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THEY STILL FROMU LIKE THEY DID TO ME HEAR MY STORY. I had a four unit bridge that i was missing 2 teeth on my front upper teeth. In the front one tooth had a root canal when they did a x-ray it look that it was infected so he told me he could save by doing a procedure call apicoectomy so on month of May i went to get the Endodontic surgery with Dr.Zhang.The first thing i told him i just wanted to do the surgery but he told me and insisted me to get the implants done more than 5 times because Dr.Zhang was afraid when he cut the tip of my tooth the bridge was gone be weak and probably fall or break.So first Dr. Zhang cut my bridge in the middle so they could place the implants for the missing teeth then the dental assistant started taking pictures of my mouth with a regular camera, do not now for what then they when with the surgery they cut me open on top of gum then i felt like Dr.Zhang was yanking the tip of my tooth it was painful then he put blood that they took from my arm before all these started and suppose Dr.zhang was gone put it in a machine and shake it for 15min and then put it where Dr.Zhang cut me open and cut the tip of my tooth and Dr.Zhang stitches me then Dr.Zhang took impressions for my crowns for the implants then put some temporary teeth were the implants was inserted the teeth was some kinda clay looking material and sharp to it was cutting my lips everytime i would talk so when they finish because i was the last patient they just wanted to go home Dr.Zhang never gave instructions what to next like how to take care of my mouth because of the surgery or for the implants just gave some medication and told me to make an appointment in 2 weeks so i did when i came back in 2 weeks I told Dr.Zhang the temporary teeth was hurting me so Dr.Zhant had another Dentist that works with him to cut the temporary off at the same time he was scraping my other crowns with the drill they use and then they did not now what they did on me so they forgot if they did impressions on me and i tried to tell then they did but they ignore me and when they did it the second time my tooth they did surgery started to hurt more then i got there so pain level when to 10 pain level then they started to cut the stitches off and they were hurting me it was painful when they finish they lift the chair up and i started to feel weird i was turning pale and blacking out they just look at me told the assitant to give some water and to call 911 but never did so i got up feeling dizzy and falling when to the bathroom then Doctor came not Dr.Zhang to me and Knock the door and told me if everything was okay i told him no to please call 911 but never did just gave a paper with alcohol for me to smell and to make another appointment for my crowns to get put on the implants but i had to wait 1 month because Dr.zhang was gone leave on vacation so they i got my appointment call 3 days later because i had pain because of the second impressions then the receptionist told me my crowns were there from my first impressions was done so went to get my crowns put on that same day i call and then i got there complain to Dr.Zhang for everything they did to me when he put the teeth to show me how they look i told him i did not like then, the crowns look like buck teeth like rabbits teeth so told then i did not wanted then because first i ask for single teeth but this was bridge two teeth together but Dr.Zhang still put then on me and told me that he will find the second impressions and make me some new crowns to make an appointment for 2 weeks. so i went with the receptionist and told her she over charge me by $260 dollars they told they could refund me back the money they over charge me they could put it as credit or Dr.zhang and to give me the refund then i came back for the new crowns in 2 weeks and nothing Dr.zhang started to find excuses because i told him that it still hurts from last time they did the 2 impressions told me he could take that tooth out and put other implant i just look at him and told him no and what about the money u owe me and the crowns u suppose to have did not said nothing and told me to make another appointment and he will have a check for me and walk away from me.so now im stuck with a ugly smile and dont wanna give me my money back its a FRAUD FROM THE BEGINNING . read more

hello to anyone seeking a wonderful surgeon I am an old man who lived most of my life dealing with no upper teeth, rotted out or something - hardly remember But I do remember implants falling in my mouth... there were three dentists did implants over a long period of time... and I carried some of them into Dr. Zhang's office... post looking at his computer scans of my mouth he promised implants to stay... that was five years ago and I am currently attending appointments re working my lower teeth - from five years ago, the positions chosen by Dr. are strong and I have an upper that works for me... along the way I cracked the former applied by Dr. Zhang due to heavy grinding, my fault but Dr. replaced not charging me for the new denture and Dr. offered to adapt the new implant to permanent but I am choosing to use as is... pulling the new out at nights during the day staying put and solid on the implants because I fear that I will crack again as my habit is bad. I will always follow Dr. Zhang wherever he opens offices but his office is so full of customers all the time, do not expect to need to do that. read more

Hey! A big shout out to Dr. what's-his-name for fixing me up! I'm just kidding about the "what's-his-name," his name is actually Dr. Jiachang Zhang, which I can't pronounce, spell, or remember. But that doesn't matter. What matters is the great job he did on my teeth. When I first went to Dr. Zhang, my teeth were a wreck. I had gone to a dental college where several of my teeth had been pulled and I had to wear a 'stay plate' which was a partial upper plate with several teeth that filled in the gaps. All this happened before I realized that the dental school was not equipped to handle my problems. In any case, I was left with this 'stay plate' that was quite uncomfortable to say the least. Not only did I have to watch what I ate, half the time the stay plate would come out of it's place while I was trying to chew. What a nightmare. That nightmare is over now, thanks to Dr. Zhang. I went to Dr. Zhang with the idea of yanking all of my remaining teeth and getting all implants. He said "These teeth you have left are still good, there is no reason to extract them. We can add implants to where your missing teeth are, and you'll be good to go." So I said, okay, you're the doctor, let's do it. And now, just a few months later, I am back to normal, and I LOVE my teeth! I can smile with confidence, because they look really good, but more importantly I can eat and chew like normal. I have my regular teeth back and I feel great! I can finally eat all those foods I've been missing. Like apples, steak, salads (you wouldn't believe what a hassle it was to try to eat a salad), and sour patch gummy bears. What a difference! The front office staff was friendly and supportive, yet always professional, and Azelie, who handled most of our communications, was efficient, courteous and as sweet as candy. I highly recommend Dr. Jiachang Zhang and his team of associates. They did a terrific job on restoring my mouth. I am very happy. read more

I am writing this review behalf of my friend. She chose Dr. Zang because he can speak Chinese. And my friend's English is not that good. She needed some new crowns and she paid $20000 upfront. After the crowns were done, she got infections. She was in lots of pains. Finally, she went back and asked him to fix the problems. He couldn't fix it, so she asked him to removed them. And he refused to refund her. His receptionist tried to lied to my friend that dr. Zang was no longer working there. My friend didn't believe it and went in his office and found him. He covered my friend's mouth and pull her into his office so she wouldn't complaint in front of other patients. This dentist is a crook. Stay away from this place. read more

I have been a patient of All New Dental for over a year. I have had implants, crowns, root canals, and bone grafts. Dr Zhang is the best. He is an oral surgeon. He is highly competent, fair priced, and very decent. He explains everything in detail as I sit next to him, and look at my x-rays. I am 76 years old, well educated and financially secure. I have been to many dentists in my life and Dr, Zhang is by far the best. I have no reason to sing his praises except that he deserves it.
