COSMETIC DENTAL BONDING GONE WRONG!!! 1 tooth = $1000+ ?!!! Greg McElroy claimed to be a cosmetic dentist when he did my tooth & said I was in good hands..... Then he did this. The materials are chipping.... It's only day 2 and I'm wearing a SmartGuard mouthguard to keep my teeth safe from damage. Bonding material was left all over my tooth. Greg McElroy actually snapped at me for pointing out when my tooth was at a point instead of straight with one side much longer than the other. The inner part of my tooth near where my front teeth meet was considerably shorter even though the tooth was longer before I went in. Insisted I was wrong every inch of the way as if it's not my face. I can only imagine what he did when he filed it down. I wish I had someone in there with me to supervise them because now I might have to keep something for life when it was meant to be temporary. Office is trying to charge me $1000. I've been a patient at Dr. Mac's office since I was new to California back in 2008. He found a lesion on my tongue that proved to be dangerous and has since had several surgeries. The always checks to be sure I'm clear and I'm grateful. The staff is kind, and excellent. Susan is a valuable resource for insurance information and runs a professional Operation we've become friends over the years. There's never a time where I've walked into the office where there wasn't some exciting raffle. This is my dentist office for life. read more

Money grab. Avoid these people. I was overcharged as per my insurance $610 and almost a year later I'm still trying to get my money back. It's exhausting. Susan, the office manager, is an expert at skirting and avoiding. She will gaslight you until you give up. Beware. My husband and I have been coming here for over 10 years. The staff is amazing--very kind and gentle. The quality of work and service we receive is always top notch. Facilities are comfortable with added amenities for additional comfort, which is nice because I have dental anxiety ...which is no fun so I really appreciate the little extras they offer. Best dentist in town. I called them for a severe tooth pain I had not expecting to get an immediate appointment but due to the severity of the pain, they were able to schedule me next day. Receptionists are all very nice and attentive and their facility is very clean and inviting. They use modern technology and really make you feel welcomed and heard by asking you how you want to approach your treatment plan and what is the best way to work for you. After going to a previous dentist and not receiving this kind of treatment, I will continue coming here. Definitely a dentist you can trust. read more

Just had the best service and care from Dr. McElroy (now the son!!) when I had an issue with my crown/cracked molar. My goodness when I tell you I was terrified of wondering what the outcome would be, they reassured me everything would be okay and took care of my problem the same day. My molar had to be extracted and they not only took great care of me but worked with me on paying as I unfortunately do not have dental insurance. I have never been so happy leaving a dental office knowing the people inside truly do care and love their patients. My procedure took about a week to heal. Dr. McElroy gave me great instructions on how to take care of the wound and checked on me a few days later to ensure the wound was healing properly. To those terrified of dentists, DON'T be because this office will take care of you and genuinely care about your well being. I almost want to go back just to say hi. read more

Incompetent and terrible costumer service from the moment I came here. I am not sure about the good reviews as they were unable to do a simple task as to bill my insurance and just decided to charge me full price. When I brought it up they were appalled that I didn't want to pay $900 vs the $450 that i was supposed to be charged. Would not recommend. Awful service. read more

I have a lot to say about this dentistry. First off I really like that they booked an appointment with me so easily and quickly. Their urgency is carefree. I discovered this place through my father in law. I had my X-rays taken and photos. They did a gum line test, and were very communicative during all processes. I was shocked that my dentist was 28 years old. But he seemed experienced. I told him my concerns and he met them head on. I do believe this is one of the nicest and most professional dentistries I have ever been to in my life. And with that, I will be coming back. I will have to say, because they excel so well here, their attention to every detail can almost create an overwhelming experience. This can be looked at in a positive or negative way. Fantastic! I'm a severe grinder. As a result over time, my front bottom teeth were uneven, poorly gapped, and very unattractive. Dr. McElroy was able to vastly improve them. Through a series of veneers, he was able to close the gaps and replace my worn down teeth. The difference is instant and amazing! I literally felt more confident as soon as he handed me a mirror and I saw his work and artistry. Dr.Mac and Charisse are amazing, professional, quick, caring and knowledgeable!
