The day of service Bob arrived as scheduled and was able to diagnosis and determines the problem with my sprinkler system. He replaced some broken heads, ran new wiring and every step of the way he advised me on what he was doing and what was the most cost effective way to repair my sprinkler system. Within a matter of an hour or so Bob had my sprinkler system up and running. I have had three other water irrigation companies try to fix my sprinkler system and none of them could determine the problem. Also Bob was extremely knowledgeable, professional and knew what he was doing and didn't try to rip me off by doing unnecessary repairs. I only asked for 2yds but I'm sure he loaded me up more. He was a really nice guy. I'll only go here from now on because of this experience. We found another company, who quoted us and got us on the schedule, then showed up the day of a storm, said he felt like our driveway was a "tough job" and left without even doing it a single time. Anyway, step in Greg - who came to our rescue. He came out at after 10 PM that night and plowed us out - and then finished out the winter for us. So incredibly nice, always consistent, fair prices, and always did a great job. I'd highly recommend you use this company - as we've learned, few great people out there that you can depend on and Greg is one of them!

I have called maybe 12 times and got my phone answered once and one call back. I have yet to receive any mows though they have been allowed to mow for two weeks. They said they will prioritize my yard and figure out what's going on yet did not mow my yard or get back to me. Virtually never answer my calls. Happy to revise my review once they prove to me that they did not just steal my money. I know it's trying time for businesses but just a little proactive communication would go a long way. I tend to be understanding but my experience this year has been absurd.

The storms came in July and trees dropped everywhere, power was out. Our Electric Company came out to restore power and restring power lines where trees took them out. You would think they would see the Universal Septic sign I put right over the tank and field but they didn't, they drove right over the tank. I called Eric for help, he came out and saw the tank was crushed. He gave me a replacement estimate really fast, after all the communication was completed, he installed the new tank in just a few days. You can't ask for better communication, service and responsiveness. I had contacted 4 different installers and got a lot of delay, lack of return phone calls and over-pricing. It was then I called around to a few more places and found Universal Septic Services. First of all, Jaimie at their call center so so unbelievably friendly and understanding. They were able to get someone out in less than a week --- and at a lower price than the first provider. The showed up when they promised and their representatives on site were equally as nice and professional. My mom was so pleased she is going to tell all the neighbors about Universal. During times like this, it is so hard to find dependable and friendly service providers. Well -- we found one with Universal. Our family cannot thank you enough. You've made a customer for life!!!
