My company provided them with a giant account, which they assured us that they could handle. They sent us drivers extremely late or not at all, after confirming that they would be there and be on time. Our partnership with them has cost my company an immeasurable amount of money. They never apologized or accepted accountability. They even told us that they could only provide us with reliable service if we gave them even more business!! How could we trust them to be dependable with even more busses when they massively screwed up what we were already giving them?

Some of the other moving companies I contacted never returned my voicemail. We got my move scheduled a few weeks before it was to happen. This was very easy with me discussing the details with Pam as well as texting her photos of the rooms and larger items. There were some blips in the delivery of the Pod and I am so grateful that Pam was able to reschedule with such short notice. Our move was a bit more complex. Double D's had to meet us at a location in Camp Hill to pick up a truck full of furniture. This was brought to our Harrisburg home. And then this as well as everything in our house was loaded into a 16 foot pod. Part of the reason I picked double D's was because of their glowing reviews and their ability to load a POD very tight. They exceeded expectations and used every bit of the pod from floor to ceiling. (A 16 foot POD is for a house up to 1400 ft.². This of course doesn't include your basement, attic, and garage.) They did an amazing job! We had a few items that did not fit and we expected this because a 16" pod is not as big as you expect it to be. (No big deal because we will drive them at another date to our new location.) They then drove these items back to the Camp Hill address where we could store them. The price was very fair. Very happy with Camp Bow Wow! They run specials for new customers and throughout the month if you sign up for their enewsletters. The staff is always super friendly and seem to know most of the dogs by name. The best part about Camp Bow Wow, though, is the Camper Cams where you can watch your dog throughout the day. I can pull it up on either my computer or my cell phone, the pages refresh very quickly, and the quality is pretty darn good. Every time I've pulled up the camera to check on my dog, there he is, prancing about. It does feel a little 'Big Brother'-ish but hey, if I'm going to pay $25+ to take my dog to daycare, it's very reassuring to see that he's getting the exercise and the attention he needs. I would recommend CBW to anyone with a bored pup at home!

They admit the puppy was irritating my dog but blamed my dog when he responded claiming it was "unprovoked". They could see it on their cameras. We are done. They said he could come back for day camp but not board. No thank you. We don't need a babysitter just a safe place when we want to take a vacation. They didn't even care when we voiced our concerns. They have advertised that not all dogs are up to date on vaccines but apparently they still take them.
