You have to sign yourself in at a kiosk and scan your insurance and ID. That part has been confusing for me in the past but they are always more than happy to help me at the front desk. Once I waited maybe 20 minutes for my turn but that's the longest I've ever waited. They are very fast. The location is clean and friendly. I hate blood work and they seem to sense that. They are very patient with me and are reassuring. I don't make an appointment. I just walk in and it's usually around 7am.
