Coaches Taylor ans Niklas are both excellent and both coach and challenge to be better players. The entry level membership is currently $119 and while it's primarily for tennis programming access, you can also take advantage of these benefits: private swim and tennis lessons -group tennis classes for children and adults -dance classes and summer camps -summer all sports camps and tennis camps -adult swimming lane rental -swim team (tryouts required) -pickleball, tennis court rental -golf simulator rental -exercise class packages -esports gaming center -free open swim on Sat & Sun 1:00-4:00pm - service is offered until April 2024.  They offer another membership which icludes the fitness center and group-fit classes, but I've not explored those options yet. The staff are friendly and it's a huge complex. I totally recommend checking it out!

I agreed and after a couple months I went to cancel my membership and the person at the front desk tells me that I have to stay for a minimum one year under the basic membership which was not explained to me when I made the switch. I had to pay nearly $100 to pay the remaining months, and to cancel. These gyms are so sneaky and will try to squeeze every penny out of you. Also reasons some of these reviews the exact same scenario is being described by others so it's definitely not an accident they "forget" to tell you about the 1 year requirement.

Oh boy. Where to even begin??…read more I started coming to CF Novi almost 5 months ago and have been completely and utterly blown away by the impact this gym has had on my health and well-being. I had no prior athletic experience when I started coming to CrossFit Novi and when I would go to the gym I wouldn't stray further than the treadmill. The coaches here made me feel 100% comfortable and at home immediatly. They spent a TON of time, care, and attention teaching me the basics and have been great about scaling/customizing the workouts to my level. I cannot stress enough just how great these coaches are. With their help so far I've lost 30 pounds and have gained a tremendous amount of knowledge, strength, & new skills (hoorayyyy wall kick ups and double-unders ). Their patience and possitivity has been outstanding. Other perks - The box is big, beautiful, and super clean, they have showers, & the people who go here are all extremely pleasant. Jeannette is always on time and prepared.   She is knowledgeable, funny, and thorough.  During the COVID-19 stay home order, she checked in to make sure I was working out and offered suggestions for in-home workouts.   The gym that she trains at is older, but the equipment is well-maintained and it is never crowded.  The gym owner is great. Everyone I've seen in the gym is nice, but totally focused on their workout. I prefer it to the chain gym near my house.

Wonderful barre studio in the heart of Novi near the intersection of Novi and Grand River. I am…read moresomeone who has experimented with many types of workouts and have had to pivot due to injuries, but barre has quickly become a staple workout routine for me. It is challenging while also mostly low impact and you will use a combo of bands, balls, weights, the barre itself and other equipment which truly helps to shape and tone the body. I was a bit skeptical at first about this workout as I prefer high intensity and drowning in sweat = a workout well done but this workout still manages to help me break a sweat, and challenge my body and tone me in ways other exercises have been unable to touch. Also importantly, the instructors can help you to modify any exercises if you have existing injuries. There is a workout here for everyone: classic is great, especially if you are new to barre; empower is great if you crave a high intensity workout with a barre twist and reform is great for strengthening your core with Pilates type movements and resistance bands being utilized. The work outs are similar to each other but each work out session is unique which keeps things interesting plus the high energy music played is awesome to keep you engaged and your heart rate pumping. The owner Bridget is warm and welcoming and has amazing instructors here - Ani and Jade to name a few are wonderful. Bridget keeps things exciting here by planning fun events, offering fun challenges that can lead to prizes and / or discounts, and celebrating the holidays and even offering little bonuses such as a eucalyptus towel to cool down after workouts. The environment here is very positive and overall most of the attendees are decently friendly. Bridget also stocks very cute tavi noir and toe Sox along with some of the cutest yoga / barre / Pilates apparel I've seen! I love shopping here also for my workout clothes and discovered the brand Beyond Yoga thanks to Bridget curating some epic workout styles here! The only con is I do wish more classes were offered after 6 pm on the weekdays and adding one early afternoon class as opposed to mornings on the weekends would also make this place even better for me, as the classes can occasionally fill up so you do have to reserve a class sometimes in advance depending on the time slot. The staff is understanding if something comes up last minute and if you call to let them know you cannot make a class you intended to which is very helpful also. Bridget is beyond thoughtful always celebrating the members and our accomplishments. She is dedicated to the success of all the members and is one of the kindest people you will ever know. Bridget is considerate always offering fruit, water, and other treats to her students. The instructors are professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely care about their students. They are willing to provide modifications and hands-on adjustments, which are appreciated. Their energy is contagious and they are so positive. Each instructor comes with their own skill set. With that, they each bring in their background of dancing, athletics, teaching, and the corporate world. Every time I walk into the studio I am greeted with a friendly warm hello and a smiley face. I have met some of the strongest, kindest, and most thoughtful women. Finally, I have had a membership for two years and it has been a game-changer. PBN is a part of my life and I am so thankful!
