More than a year after I ended our relationship--and after having paid all their invoices--I received a new bill with no clear explanation. I am one of his smallest clients (he is the CFO for Metropolitan Bakery, among others) and feel like I get fantastic customer service. Basically, I just really, really trust him and that's after going through 4 CPAs, 1 financial advisor, and 2 bookkeepers in the last 5 years.
