The exchange was very professional. No arrogance or condescension, just clear comms on what my issue was and what they could do to resolve it. I vetted some other shops in the area as well. Linx 8 pricing was very reasonable in comparison. I believe a big part of that was the free diagnostic on my computer. In many other tech shops, a diagnostic, by itself, will run you upwards of $40 to $50. So that was already key indicators in terms of value add. Also, the work they do on your computer is automatically covered under warranty, so that was reassuring as well. Full disclosure: at the time of writing this, I'm still having them trouble shoot an issue on a computer they worked on for me, but it's very minor. However, the original work they did for me was solid, and the customer service was top notch (very consumer-centric), which, in my experience, is key in these sorts of things. So, for all the reasons mentioned above, I'd definitely recommend giving them a go if you're having any computer issues. The owner, Ali, is also very understanding, and threw some stuff in free of charge to get the job done. If you go here, you'll likely get more value than you paid for.

The first female staff member I spoke with didn't even try to help -- she just shrugged and said, "We can't help you right away." If I hadn't insisted on speaking to a manager, I would have walked out not even knowing my rights as a customer. That's how bad their customer service is. The manager, Miguel, started off acting like he wanted to help. He told me to call AT&T's customer care line myself to figure out the replacement process since it was beyond the 14‑day warranty. The manufacturer had already explained that replacements and refunds were handled by AT&T because of ongoing tariffs. So I did exactly what he said and called. Once the AT&T customer care representative confirmed that the manager at the store needed to process the replacement, I handed Miguel the phone. He went to the back, came out after a few minutes, and flat-out told me, "I can't help you." Unbelievable. He literally told me to call and then ignored the instructions from his own corporate line. Meanwhile, my kids were sitting there watching how their dad was being treated -- following every direction given and still being turned away. This place clearly only cares about selling new phones or services. But if there's a problem with something you've already bought, they'll brush you off and make you jump through hoops. This kind of behavior is unacceptable for a corporate store. Save yourself the time, frustration, and disappointment -- go somewhere else. This location and its management are a total disgrace.

The staff here are all apples from the same basket - sweet and knowledge-wealthy and nothing rotten. They give you your time and are well equipped to answer any tech question you throw at them. They have great choice of selections on all their brand's gadgets. The only sour point I recently had was with a refurbished iPad that I picked which was given in a bag and not in a box or with a charging cable.
