I never have to wait too long, and the atmosphere is welcoming. But Dr. Marsha Mareinson truly stood out. From the moment I walked in, she was amazing. She took the time to review everything I had previously done, explained all the procedures and findings clearly, and was incredibly thoughtful about my dialysis and any medications I could take. She made sure I fully understood what to expect and answered every question with patience and clarity. It was so comforting to know that someone truly knows my medical history and is invested in my care. Dr. Mareinson made me feel heard, safe, and understood, and she even emphasized that she wants to follow up with me personally--which means a lot. Cannot recommend AllSafe Medical enough! Scheduled my appointment with Dr.Daley to follow up on my blood results from an ovarian cyst rupture. She is a warm personality, and took considerable time and care as I asked questions about my results. On top of that, she was very thorough educating me about my results. Came to this location for PS only; can't comment on anything else. I've experienced long (hour plus) wait times and very short 10 min wait times. In the past at other hospitals I've waited up to 2.5 hrs so I'm not one to complain, I manage expectations. Dr Martinson is the only doctor I ever saw. I think she was great and the reason I made my way to this office. What can be done better would probably be for the staff to let us know if the wait will be excessive (over 30 min) so we can move our car or grab a coffee across the street. This is more a comment on AllSafe but there are other branches with nice offices. This one is not as well taken care of as other ones. It is small, maybe doesn't see as many people as others but it makes me feel that because it's a lower income area, the reason for not putting money into the appearance is because the community doesn't deserve it; which is not ok. Exposed wires, unfinished flooring...I wouldn't pay if someone had left my home or business like this so I'm confused as to why a busy clinic would allow this. read more

Terrible experience, medically gaslit and the NP refused to remove my BC (IUD) despite me listing the very clearly negative side effects I was experiencing since having it placed. Was made to sign a waiver and the woman removing it seemed angry with me the entire time, super uncomfortable and messed up when you're feeling so vulnerable. The girls at the front are super nice, kind and professional however the NP or Doctor (didn't even get her name I was so upset) was mean and cold. Never going back again. If you are considering this location, I encourage you to find another clinic. read more

Dr Yang is energetic, straight forward, to the point, and listens. She's attentive to your situation and most of all, very informative which is something we truly appreciate. Angie is so helpful, good at what she does, positive energy and in good spirits every time I bring my wife to her appointment. Horrible this dr stole my husbands experience by cutting my babies umbilical cord . He asked if we could wait 5mins before cutting so the baby can get all of the nutrients and vitamins from the placenta she said no and cut it and decided to say sorry after as if it was okay. She was moving too fast and made us feel uncomfortable. read more

Please don't waste your money and time for any of there offices!!!!! Horrible customer service..!!!! I've been dealing with this group since July and I'm still where I started off!!!! They never have the materials that's require for my needs. And although it's their fault, they don't care, they still make you come to the office and sit there for an hour to tell you that they dnt have the material. And reschedule for another month, and I have to reschedule again because they still dnt have the material!!!!! Staff is not courteous or the doctors. Please dnt waste your time m, even if your insurance is paying for it. I remember my first visit to this office, I'm sitting on the table and all the supplies around me has blood stains, it was disgusting!!! Horrible customer service. Nobody ever answers the I home, nobody returns calls or let's their patients know they are closed. Super unprofessional. Went to the office to set an appointment in person because no one answers for days and they're establishment is closed. They should just close the whole office and go to the Downey one. Being that they are so short staffed. They obviously can't help their patients. I'm writing this from the emergency room because I'm sick of trying to get help from them. Then I called the Downey office and chose a different option other than setting an appointment and someone finally answered and set me an appt for in 2 WEEKS. I was referred to the Downey office but they were booked for almost a MONTH. I called the Lynwood office and much to my surprise and relief, was given a same day appointment. After being released from the ER on that Friday without the proper medication, Dr. Martinson saved the day. She was very professional, compassionate and took swift action handle this medical emergency. She is direct and honest and I can appreciate that. Do not go to this office. It's an absolute joke. Im so glad i found somewhere else to go to and deliver my baby even if i had to driver a little further. I'd originally chosen this medical group after tons of research and went there specifically to be seen by Dr Alladawi (probably the owner). I saw him once and he was ok but then he suddenly disappeared! I went in for my second appointment with him only to be told that he's gone and that they do not have a return date!!! And that now i had to choose between whoever else was available (with horrible reviews) i decided not to go back. Not to mention how rude their staff is. I swear i had high blood pressure every time i had to deal with them. The wait time in the office is crazy and trying to change an appointment on the phone or even trying to reach the office by phone for whatever reason is a nightmare. They never ever answer and when they do they put you on hold forever then hangup!!!! The only person who was nice was the ultrasound practitioner and one person in the front desk. (Reviewing for my girlfriend's experience) I WOULD PUT 0 STARS IF I COULD. Waited on hold for more than an hour and a half. When they finally answered I said I wanted to make an appointment and they put me on hold again. The call hung up after 5 minutes and when I called back it said they went to lunch. It seems to me they put me on hold, just til they were able to go on lunch. Waste of my time! Ended up calling my doctor to get recommended a different OGBYN. read more

Worst experience ever. Had an early miscarriage and the NP didn't even let me talk about it. She was dismissive even when I tried to talk about my infertility history/journey. All she did was lecture me on my blood pressure and weight. I don't have high blood pressure but I did while I was in that office all upset. Walked out crying and never coming back. For some old appointments I couldn't make it to and then they scheduled me without me knowing and are claiming to have contacted me repeatedly. The dr was nice. I am so frustrated with this place I am in tears writing this review. Every step has been a nightmare. It disappoints me as a nurse to see how little it feels like they care. besides the back office medical assistants, I have nothing positive to say. I have waited OVER an hour multiple times. It's taken over a year to get a simple procedure ordered for me that would have vastly changed my quality of life after our loss. I have showed up for procedures where the prior auth wasn't submitted, I went it for my pre-op to find out that had not scheduled my procedure and booked me another three months out. Just now, i called to double check if they had resubmitted my prior auth for my upcoming surgery (insurance change) and of course they had not. I very kindly explained all I had gone through waiting and asked if they could give me a timeline and her response was simply no. To be clear - this requires a phone call. its quite simple. I wish you would take better care of the people that depend on you. I would have left a long time ago had i not waited so long to get this all going. the worst part is now i sit here fearful about how the procedure will go after so much incompetence and genuine lack of care for my situation. I hope you are better to others. i hope you remember you are taking care of scared, hurt and vulnerable people. I hope you do better. read more

Wait times at any medical facility are long, especially if its a good one. This place is no exception. But once you see the doctor, its quick but you never feel rushed or like you are not being heard. Dr. Martinson is wonderful, and has helped me alot. I owe my life to her. After going to Planned Parenthood for years, she diagnosed me with pre-cancer and i got treatment right away. Got surgery and i am now pre-cancer free. She always asks me how i am and if i have any problems, and has checked me since to make sure the cancer stays gone. She always answers any questions i have, and is just really nice and lovely to work with. Never had a doctor that treated me like a person and not a number. She takes good care of me. I am a very happy patient, and thanks to her i am now healthy. read more

Warning! Don't waste your time making an appointment with this medical group, I just had the waste experience. To keep it simple, I had an appointment for a surgical consult with Dr. Yang. I showed up 20 minutes early to my appointment then waited for 1 hr + to be seen by a PA (physician assistant) not Dr. Yang. The PA apologized saying the doctor was not there to see me and they would like to reschedule me for another 2 weeks, btw I already waited 2 1/2 weeks for this appointment and they sent multiple reminders via text, email, and phone calls to REMIND me of my appointment. Hello! They should've applied those reminders to their office. I took time off work to come here. How inconsiderate of them! Overall, the medical group is poorly managed and they did not give me a refund of my co-pay. They said their billing department will refund me my money. From this experience, I don't trust them so I filed a grievance with my insurance to make sure they know they messed up and hopefully, it doesn't happen to anyone else. Be warned. read more

I came in to the office for my first consultation for bc removal. I was seen by a medical prof and she was extremely uncertain as to where the implant was on my arm. She flip flopped from saying they could guess where it was during the removal procedure or I could schedule an ultrasound and then they'd figure out where it was. I asked her opinion and after flip flopping back some more, she interrupted the middle of my question to tell me she wants the ultrasound. Once I got the ultrasound and arrived at my follow up appt, the dr was well over 2hrs late and most frustratingly of all, none of the staff thought to update any of the people waiting. After I asked when I would be seen, I was taken to a room and then made to wait again. I then asked AGAIN about the dr and then was informed that she wasn't in the bldg. I can understand that as a dr, emergencies come up. But I can't understand why it's acceptable that no one thought to let the people waiting in the waiting room that they wouldn't be seen in another few minutes. It would be at least an additional half hour to who knows how long. Rather than apologizing or trying to make the situation better, Dr Martinson instead stressed to me that she had an emergency delivery, almost giving me the impression that I should apologize for being upset! I'm not here to assess her schedule or other patients; I'm here for my appt and would like the bare minimum of common courtesy to know that the time I reserved for this appointment wouldn't be honored.. Once I finally got to see the dr, she told me that the placement of the bc implant wasn't possible for removal. It didn't seem like my ultrasound was even relevant since she felt it on my arm. Something that also happened during my first appt where I was recommended to get said ultrasound. This place makes me feel like they want my copay/insurance money rather than trying to actually resolve my issue. Each of my visits seeing the med staff was less than 10 mins (5 of which were me asking if there were any alternatives). I think the staff here is wholly unprofessional, ignorant on the importance of informing their patients, and willfully chooses not to be better. I actually tried to see this dr several years ago and to wait until open enrollment so I could leave this plan and go to a different insurance. I wish I had stayed there because having Dr Martinson as my only available OB under this insurance is extremely frustrating and maddening. I'm still waiting on a referral specialist to get back to me but I'm not hopeful because it's been so long without follow up. read more

My granddaughter saw Dr Martison and it was horrible. Although she's been seen by another provider she saw Dr Martison for the first time at 40 weeks. The doctor had already made the decision, prior to seeing her, to induce her at 42 weeks even though the baby is not in fetal distress! It was an arbitrary decision made by the doctor without consulting with the parents. When my granddaughter objected to the unnecessary procedure the doctor became rude and dismissive. It was very upsetting. She failed miserably at having any compassion or bedside manor which is greatly needed at 40 weeks! Patients should be educated and made to feel confronted and empowered. This was not my granddaughter's experience. Once she expressed her concerns about the doctor's decision she became visibly upset. My granddaughter is well educated but I can only imagine what happens to mothers who cannot advocate for themselves. Dr Martison please do better and serve your community with more care and compassion and best practices procedures! read more

Received my prenatal care at almost 6 months of my pregnancy and what can I say this clinic has the friendliest staff along with the Dr's. I enjoyed every single Dr visit. I highly recommend it. Terrible service by the whole staff. The doctor looks like she doesn't like her job. She was not smiling at all and looked like she didn't want to be there. Her attitude was terrible and made me feel uncomfortable during a procedure she was doing on me. She did not warn me or was even careful with me. Also she prescribed an expensive medication that caused me to have pain in my right arm. Would not go back. Someone else was waiting in the patient room for 45 minutes! She did my c section, before the c section I had some hope that I would deliver vaginally but she kept pushing for c section because it was time for her to go home I said I would wait a little longer long story short I had the c section but after my husband heard her talking to the nurses telling them the whole story why I didn't want to have the c section but that she had told be hrs before to have it blah blah blah then my mom tells me after the c section she seen my family outside the OR room and didn't at least tell them I was ok or anything like that just walked out and left BUT DR ALLADAWI IS AWESOME !!!!!!! This is the worst medical group ever. I show up for am appointment i had them they tell me they need a referral from the other doctor so I go to get the referral and i call this group to see if the referral made it to them, and they tell me that even if they get the referral that they don't accept my insurance so they made me do all this extra only to tell me my insurance isn't accepted. I am 14 weeks pregnant and I'm starting to get really anxious because I NEED to have a regular doctor. I am truly irritated by this read more

I was referred here by my insurance, not my first choice. At my first visit I waited almost an hour to be seen, once I was inside the room I waited another 45-50 mins for the doctor to come in and see me. Dr Martinson, I believe was her name, she was talking so fast and low I think that's her name. She did ask a lot of question to verify my history and stuff like that, so she is thorough and makes sure she has the correct information. My first appointment here was ok, I was just a bit anxious over the wait time and felt forgotten at one point, but I guess I shouldn't expect more from these sort of clinics. Not to mention the wait to actually get them on the phone. They even make you wait 30-45 on hold to get someone to answer your call. It's ridiculous. So if you like long waits and being rushed through your appointment this is the place. Can't wait to see how my next appointment will be. I hope a lot better. Probably not. read more
