Joe came out, took a look what was going on, and gave me an estimate that was identical in scope but half the price of another estimate we received so we opted to go with Eames and Sons. Joe was fantastic to work with and kept me up-to-date on scheduling of the entire process, from dropping off a trailer for the old roofing materials, dropping off the new materials, the actual day of work, etc. The Eames and Sons crew came out, did the work in a single day, and then Joe came out the next day for an inspection. Joe noticed some of the work wasn't up to the Eames and Sons standards, so he had someone from the crew come back out and redo it and then came back out the same day to check on the work again. I also noticed that some of the mortar between bricks near some of the work seemed to now be missing and he came back out on his own time to fill in the gap. Eames and Sons, and specifically Joe, definitely went out of their way to make sure our roof was perfect and that I no longer needed to worry about the leak we found. This was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend others use Eames and Sons for their roofing needs. EDIT: I noticed some damage to a window screen after the dump trailer was moved away. Joe fixed the screen himself and sent someone else out to take care of some of the metal around the window as well. Eames and Sons has gone above and beyond what I expected and they have set a very high bar for any work that gets done around our house in the future.

They replaced the chimney and vents with pieces that look a million times better. They went above and beyond in their work (craftsmanship, scope, and quality), and I can't spot one flaw. The team was so friendly and professional, and they get bonus points for being extra nice to my dog (they made her day). All that and they managed to stay in budget, and left the entire property spotless. You don't get that sort of performance without a great leader, so extra points for Eric and his management of both the work getting done and the clients. When I complimented him on this, he gave all the credit to the great crew, which is just another sign that he's a good leader. I was so nervous because I've heard so many roofer horror stories, but my experience is that there is at least one great one out there (Benedict). I'll be using them again in a few years for the garage and definitely will be recommending them in the meantime to anyone that I hear needs a good roofer!

We immediately fell in love with the professionalism of Bob at the meeting and wanted to schedule him and his crew right away. Bob and his Wife were very communicative, and very easy to work with! They were VERY close if not spot on with (maybe even early) with our scheduled estimated date of install!! WOW. Bob and his team were very organized and clean during the installation. You really had no idea roofers were there when they left for the evening accept for the organized materials left to resume the next day. When the job was completed, Bob made sure we were happy with the installation, and his team cleaned up SO WELL. I could not believe how clean everything was when they were done, and Bob took the time to look it over with us before he was the last one to leave the site. Also, Bob was able to inspect the whole roof for leaks and found a soft spot for us before it was a problem and replaced the wood. They did not account for the 3-story height of the home as they threw shingles off and they landed on my newly powder coated (offsite) front steps all the way to my front door, and on a brand new deck and new patio table and chairs. I'm writing today because I noticed my painted metal patio table and chairs that were all scratched as a result of flying metal and shingles (as was my newly painted front railing) are showing premature wear as a result. My sandstone steps also had black marks from landing shingles. When I spoke to them about all the debris and damage they all but suggested it wasn't their fault. They asked me to email photos which I did and never heard back. I was too upset to pursue any further action at the time. One thing they did do was show up the next day unannounced and started sanding the black marks off my front sandstone steps. When you see the photos keep in mind they were working next door not at my home!!

(Was it going to even work??) yeah so there was that. The appointment took minutes. We also talked about basement glass block windows. Their prices. Right on the sheet AND they were really good about 1/2 what I expected to pay. So I am going to do that too before the winter. Anyhow when all was said and done Window Universe was less than the guy I almost used and Lance double checked he got the proper sized windows and sidelights. Great experience and I still have 3+ weeks before the windows show up. Ill come back and add some pictures after it is done. I know it is going to be great.

We reached out to Wiler Fence and Nate, the owner responsed quickly providing a great solution to our project on a large slope with a competive quote. They completed the work, cleaned up everything, emailed us pictures, and sent an invoice. Talk about easy. This could not have gone smoother and we were very pleased with the results. The second was a repair on another project. This fence was already in place and one that was not installed by Wiler Fence Company. We had a leaning fence. Nate provided a quote over the phone, explaining what might need to be done. When the work was done, we called Nate to ask why we did not get an invoice even though he completed the work. Nate explained he was able to repair it without the need to replace any of the posts and there would be no charge. Wow! Needless to say, we will be recommending Wiler Fence Company to everyone we know and will using them on any future new fence installation. In summary, compeitive pricing, great work, easy to busines with and first class customer service!

I am a first time home owner, my parents-in-law gifted my wife and I a new roof when we purchased…read moreour home in 2024. We hired Media Roofing, Owned by Glenn Brant. The home we purchased needed a new roof and also had a ventilation fan to exhaust air. When we hired Glenn, he recommended to have Ridge vents installed. He quotes 4 sheets of plywood incase of any soft spots or damage area's that may need replaced. We asked to have the fan removed "covered over" with the supplied plywood, which he assured us that would be no problem. He promised 10 Year Workmanship warranty. My home has been extremely cold since he installed the roof which was installed late 2024. On the day of installation, his supplier ABC did not show up at the time he told us. When it did show up, one of his workers who was from Guatemala, had an accident occur on my roof. On top of the accident, one of the men's wife with a newborn baby, was in my backyard nursing the baby. They consistently had to use my restroom. In addition to the roof I added gutter guards which Glenn himself installed. Glenn showed up twice to my home. The start date of the install, and the final day to collect his check. When they were done I went up to check my gutter guards which were a premium gutter-guards and noticed how sloppy they were installed. He blamed my gutters for why they looked the way they did. Never the less as a good gesture, he promised he would come back and install gutter clips as he said ice may strain the front stretch of my gutters above my garage. This never happened. His workers left a fullsheet of plywood and extra shingles, which they said they would come back for. They are still there. He has never once kept his word. He consistently will say he will arrive on a date and never shows up. In August 2025, I noticed that the box fan casing, which was supposed to be removed, was still there. Again, he promised a date and again never showed. This past week Wednesday Feb 25th ,2026 I had to go into my attic to install fiber lines for my home network, and to my surprise, the box vent was never covered left completely opened to the elements! He never removed the box vent which caused major frustration ; however I reached out to him yet again! Providing photo evidence of this. The insulation of my attic is wet. From 2024-2026 snow, rain, roofing debris, insects, birds, squirrels were able to nest in my attic. He responded to my text this past Wednesday February 25th, 2026. He would come either Friday February 27th or Monday March 2nd. Guess what! Nothing. He ignored my text today on when we can expect him. I have all of the proof. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM!
