I had my roof replaced by KPHR in June 2025. I even recommended them to my (development) neighbors, and they replaced roofs for 4 of them. The owner and salesman were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The office staff was very pleasant when they called to update me on the roof work schedule. The roofing crew worked well with each other, and their workmanship quality was excellent. The crew took extra precautions to protect my house and landscaping by covering them with tarps. All construction materials were increasing during the pandemic so I understood this. Fast response to an urgent request trying to fix water coming in through the ceiling from some unknown external source during a kitchen remodel. Ken's Parkhill Roofing installed a new roof on my home in 2007. Since then I have had leaking in three areas of my home. My ventilation was installed incorrectly, my gutters were installed incorrectly causing the cedar siding of my home to rot. Currently, I have a new leak in my attic and now a mold problem. I have reached out to the company several times as each problem arises and they are not interested in repairing their work. I have given them several opportunities to do so. I have since had out other roofers to repair Parkhill's work and they all concur that my issues are all related to workmanship. I would not recommend Ken's Parkhill Roofing. read more

Parkhill Roofing just finished my complex roof in Chesterland Ohio. The roof was just under 50 squares of shingles with lots of hips and valleys. I built the house 25 years ago with my father, a master of carpentry. We originally did the roof with shingles that should have lasted 50 years but only got 20 out of them, I thought it would never need to be redone in my lifetime. But Certainteed Independence Shingles failed and I had to spend the bucks to have it done again by others because I'm not the young guy that I used to be. MASSIVE JOB. For a living I do high end Carpentry and build Metal Buildings and I'm an expert with metal and flashing and I am extremely knowledgeable about Roofing. Parkhill roofing employees showed up and worked in high heat like a fine-tuned team. Any company would die to have a workforce like these guys. I even learned a few things from their high efficiency technique. Upon completion the yard looked like nobody had ever been there, cleaned up with no debris and no nails in the grass. But the mower never lies so we'll see about nails. Ha ha. They did 6 feet of ice guard around the full perimeter and synthetic underlayment above, thicker valley aluminum, Landmark-Pro, and the highest quality ridge vent on the market.
