I went to AllSouth because it has always been a reputable company. I am not sure what has happened. I spent SEVERAL thousands of dollars for a kitchen renovation. New fridge, double ovens, cooktop and dishwasher. Didn't think too much about it because my previous experiences in past years were good. My sales person was great and delivery was great! I began having a problem with my dishwasher door and have now called FIVE times. I cannot get anyone to help me. As a matter of fact-yesterday they told me that they had been texting with me and I told them I didn't even need a service anymore. Simply not true. Supposedly someone found out the issue with that note on my file and was going to call me back within the hour. That did not happen. I tried to call back today, talked to yet ANOTHER person and she wanted to have someone call me back to set up service again. I told her I didn't want to do that because no one ever calls back. She put me on hold and then sent me to a random voicemail. Apparently that voicemail was full, and the only option I had was to hang up. Will never do business with them again. My husband is a contractor and he will never recommend them either. read more

Purchased a gas oven in early January. No follow up, no service, just give us your money! Had to call them to schedule delivery, and a $175 assessment for a three minute visit to measure height and width. When I called to complain at the six week point, was offered a $250 refund if I accepted delivery. Got the delivery but no promised refund. Stay away!!! If you pay premium prices, you expect premium service. The price is here but certainly not the service. read more

Recently had to replace a 20 year old double oven and was fortunate to have Jason Suggs assist you in the selection. He is very knowledge and most professional . Make our decision very easy and he kept us posted during the order/delivery process . The installation process was handled by Allen and I could not have been more pleased with his service . The new double oven was a little smaller than the one it replaced, but he was quick to solve the problem. Again , very helpful and very professional. Was also impressed with how cheerful he was. Brought a washer and dryer from Alex. Not an issue. They got delivered and the hose kit for the dryer did not come with both hoses. Went today to return the kit. Was telling the girl at the front counter why I was returning it and another lady stepped in. Let's call her Karen because she would not let me see her name tag. Told me she did not won't to hear it and I could talked to Alex the sales person. First of all Karen shut your mouth and don't ever talk to customer like that, and when someone is making a suggestion let them finish. read more

We had a wonderful experience buying our gas stove at AllSouth. Our salesperson, Diann Borders, was very knowledgeable of the products, their features, warranties, etc. She asked for our input as to what features we wanted, and showed us several stoves to choose from. She was efficient, helpful, and responsive. Our stove was delivered timely. When we viewed the stove in the showroom it had an iron griddle on top. We were under the impression that it came with the stove. But it was not delivered with the stove. We called to clarify, and Customer Service Rep, Jamie Neumann, followed up and had the griddle delivered directly to our home.We could not ask for better service. We just finished our second big purchase from Allsouth. In 2021 we purchased an entire suite of luxury appliances for our kitchen redo. We decided to purchase a luxury gas grill and pellet smoker from them. We wanted to do the outdoor kitchen right so we purchased many accessories. The process was BRUTAL. Our sales rep was not very knowledgeable so with each question, he had to ask someone. We finally found Michael, who knew his stuff. He helped us and the other guy, Julius got the credit though we wanted to switch once we figured there was someone there knowledgable. When we decided to buy, Julius was gone at least 30 minutes writing up our order. then we had to verify it piece by piece in our buggy. I guess they thought we were going to steal something. then he had to enter it in the computer. Probably another 20 minutes. Finally a manager mentioned, as he saw me standing there frustrated. He said thanks for the business. I said you guys sure make it hard to take my money to which he did not reply. When we went to the truck to carry off our accessories to our $3400 grill order, the manager followed us and Julius and went line by line with him to make sure we were not stealing something, I guess. I have never been so insulted. When it came time for delivery day, we were told to be there 12-3. I took off work. We kept trying to call to get info on delivery time and it got where they hung up on us because they recognized our number. Finally at 4, they admitted they were not coming out after they had confirmed with us on 2 different times the the day before so we would be there. Did I mention, had to take a half day off work? They delivered the next day and said someone would be out shortly to hook us up to natural gas which was a $100 add on we paid because we did not want to be limited to propane tanks. When he got out there, he said he could not hook up because we did not have a gas line run to the grill. do you think our Einstein of a sales person or his manager told us that? No We then called to complain. We were told to take it up with our sales person. We left a voicemail for Julius. Do you think he called us back? OF course not. We were then told to leave a voicemail for the manager. Do you think he called us back? of course not. I chose to give them 2 business days to return my call before I wrote this review. We spent $25,000- $30,000 with this company, and this is how we get treated. Buyer BEWARE. While they have good products, their follow up and customer service is atrocious. I will NEVER Do business with them again. Promise. read more

The people we deal with are good people, and clearly looking to help their customers have a good experience. I've always been happy with the relationship, and hope it grows with time. Wish I could leave a good review...but.... Went in this morning around 10:30 - 10:45. 7/1 2023. As we entered we were greeted by a blonde lady at desk, very nice and friendly. We went with desire to purchase a BGE. large or 2 xl for our deck. Having had a Akorn and Komodo Joe, it was time for a upgrade. We walked around the BGE for 10 mins or so, meanwhile 3 people gathered at the front desk, 2 made eye contact, yet never a offer to help or see what we were looking for. Having just opened a $6500.00 credit line, before leaving to come here, and having 4K in cash in pocket, I had hoped for a purchase to bring home and use on the 4th. wanted the grill and the table combined, but...oh well. I guess my overalls, not being Khakis and golf shirt got me ignored. Will now go to Lowes and buy another akorn, and save a ton of money. At least there I know going in Ill have no help and have to wait on myself. At least I was wished a good day, and a happy weekend by the blonde lady as we were leaving. read more

I ordered a wall oven and microwave in December and was told it would be installed by the first week in March. I understand delays but the communication has been poor. I have had to call multiple times to follow up on delivery and installation. It is March 28th. The installer came today to install the oven and microwave but didn't have the trim kit. He didn't know when that was coming in. I called AllSouth once again and they don't know either. I guess I'll have a microwave just sitting in a hole in my kitchen cabinet until someone decides to follow up on the trim kit. Very frustrating. I would not use AllSouth Appliance again. I would just appreciate better communication. read more

Horrible customer service. Do not deal with Diann there if you decide to go. Purchased a fridge on Saturday, was told it was in stock and would deliver Wednesday. Tuesday we were contacted by the delivery driver saying they did not have the fridge in stock. After trying to get Diann on the phone for 2 1/2 hours she told us that there was nothing she could do and if we wanted our money back we would need to come back in for a refund. No explain, no options to make it right. read more

If I could give a zero rating for this place I would. Customer service is terrible...our Sales rep has basically been non responsive when asked questions about specs, install dates, delivery times etc. The delivery team finally shows up with our appliances 8 months after order only to tell us they can't install the items...and this was due to our sales rep not giving us the information we needed to know for the appliances to be installed upon delivery. Very disappointed and could not be more frustrated with this experience. read more

I don't usually write reviews, but I felt I should this time because of the wonderful experience I had with AllSouth. My husband and I just replaced our built in ovens, microwave, and dishwasher. Not only was the price the best we could find, but also the selection and the service was outstanding. I expected it to be a pain and it was a breeze! And the two guys that did the installation were fabulous. Truly skilled and took obvious pride in what they do. My microwave install was tricky and involved drilling through irreplaceable antique and hand painted tile. It was flawless! I will never go anywhere else for appliances, bathroom fixtures, or anything else that I can get through this company. read more

I bought a speed queen washer and dryer with 25 year warranty. It has been out-of-service for two month. I understand that parts are very hard to come by at this time. However, I have called and left messages several time with the service department and they will not return my calls. I paid 3-4 times the price of a washer because I wanted service. Now, I just ordered a dryer from Lowes because their service is so bad. I would recommend shopping somewhere else. I will never shop at any Allsouth again. read more

We purchased a Speed Queen washing machine two weeks ago and had it installed a little over a week ago. The installer did not take his time and installed the water connectors incorrectly. Then, when we went to wash a load of laundry, we realized what had happened and attempted to call the company to have the issue fixed. In addition to not having cold water in my washer, my hot water heater and water pressure for hot water are not working properly. I am going to now have to have a new hot water heater placed in my home. They did not fix the issue and do not want to fix it. They do not take responsibility for the issue and I do not suggest you use this company for any appliance purchase. I've gotten better service at big box stores (Lowes is now my Go-To service provider). read more

I purchased a wash machine with a 3 year warranty in August 2018. In April 2019 I started having problems with the machine. After 7 technician visits (6 of which were completed by a company they recommended .... Appliance Connection) the wash machine is still not operating correctly. I run a very busy business that requires an operational unit. We have spent a lot of time and money running our laundry to a coin operated laundromat just so we can be operational. When I inquired about getting a new unit under the warranty contract AllSouth told me that I had to make that phone call and when I asked if they have loaner units they told me the warranty company would have to decide. The warranty company said AllSouth would have to decide. AllSouth refuses to provide a loaner unit and they refuse to talk to the company about my warranty. The DO NOT take care of their customers and do not stand behind their products. A manager was supposed to call me and no surprise - they have not. Go elsewhere. read more
