I believe his name was Michael (no one properly introduced themselves, which already felt unprofessional). At one point, I personally observed him vaping on the job site. I did not feel comfortable confronting him directly, as I was alone in my home, but I was extremely disturbed. This is a workplace -- not a lounge. Additionally, the language used by him and one of the other boys was completely inappropriate. There was frequent cursing and slang that I would not expect from professionals representing a company inside a client's home. It made the entire environment feel uncomfortable and frankly disrespectful. When you hire a company, you expect a certain level of professionalism and decorum. Unfortunately, that standard was not met. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue because clients should not have to feel uneasy in their own homes. Very disappointed.

I was upgrading this kitchen on a rental property, it was supposed to be done between the removal of old countertops and new countertops. Thus, this delays and messes up my entire project. How unprofessional! Only hire them if you don't care it the work is actually going to be done. Now, get this. The electrician lives in an identical house across the street from my rental, so HE KNEW WHAT THE OLD ELECTRIC WAS, and yet then was surprised??? Really???? Their excuse, they were busy. And, this was a neighbor! I was trying to give the business to a neighbor, and they still left me hanging. Pissed.
