I signed the quote on 7 February 2025 and paid $2,150 on 9 February 2025. Tech Visit and Refusal to Install: The technician arrived at the property and stated that the supplied water heater could not be installed in the attic due to its hybrid nature, weight concerns, and potential condensation issues. While it can be frustrating that it's not done the first time, there were extenuating circumstances, and Auger Plumbing could not have been more fair with the final bill. The "Twins" eventually located the problem (did I say really really bad clog?) and eradicated it. They are an excellent team, and we will request them on any future visits. When they returned the second time, they deducted the first bill from the second visit. When they returned the third time, they deducted the first two visits from the final bill - I know a lot of companies that would never have done that.
