worst management company ever dont call back or anything... my tub has been sitting on bricks and…read moreslabs of wood i was promised repairs that havent been done at all all sinks are leaking we cant even wash dishes or brush our teeth... a lot of the repairs i've been requesting have been well over a year... also michael drew left me and my kids without heat for over a week !!! we had no heat for thanksgiving!!! he refused to replace my furnace he instead has hired unlicensed workers to tamper with my furnace claims to fix it they been here for 3 days i was told by the worker they dont wanna spend the money to replace my furnace theyd rather not spend the money instead theyd rather have me and my kids freeze while they receive thousands in rent i requested to speak to the owner several times he avoids giving me that info at all cost... i was offered 3 heaters that is ail for a 5 bed room 3 floor single family house while we had a snow storm!!! they literally harass ppl for ratings because they have horrible reviews... i'm sure michael drew isnt the guys real name... he has refused me contact info for his supervisor and i had to find the owner of my property via google searches and tax information... im beyond tired

CPM is the worst rental company I've endured (and I survived 444 park, if you know, you know)…read more They hire inexperienced maintenance workers and their communication is beyond poor. They have no clear channel of communication. I received texts and calls from various workers over the 3 years, it was never streamlined and hard to trust what is real from a scam. They left me without a lock on my door (inside the unit, but exposed to downstairs unit) for over a month, and allowed someone to move into the lower unit without letting me know/putting a lock on my door first. They randomly put a storm door on one day, gave a key to the basement unit, and didn't say anything to me about it. She informed me I could pay to copy hers. Mind you, the lower level tenant was not even given a key to this back door at move in, she copied mine. She was only given a front door key. So this made no sense. They are currently charging me $375 from my security deposit for window screens that never existed, plus a bunch of other bogus fees for routine turn over. If you proceed with renting a unit under them, please be meticulous in your property condition form. Get on your hands and knees and mark everything that is wrong with the unit (there's probably A LOT). I would also recommend keeping a running list of all maintenance requests, and communications from them. They are slimy and not to be trusted. Additionally, they waited until the morning of my move out to send me any instructions or information. I had already locked my keys inside, and turned off the gas and electric after not hearing from them for 2 weeks. When I sent an email that I did that, only an hour later did I receive an email saying "leave gas and electric on and return keys to leasing office to complete your move." It has been a terrible experience. They also just stopped returning emails regarding my security deposit. Please do yourself a favor and find another company to rent from. Home owners- you'd probably be better off with another company as well. They are doing a disservice to you as well.

Just when I thought this place couldn't get any worse. We got a snowstorm, no plowing AT ALL…read morethroughout the night. Everyone in my building is stranded, can't get to work. Main roads are plowed...just not within the complex- which should have a snow removal contract in place. Called the management co, the answering services tells me they will get the message after 9am. Called at 10, got pushed to the answering service again, they tell me the office is open, and will get my message. It's now 11 and they haven't even reached out. Fine, you can't get the place plowed even for the 300+ a month fee we pay for such things. But you can't pick up a phone and return a call???? Give us some idea what is going on???? We have older disabled residents panicked their relatives can't get to them...and they just leave us hanging. It's cruel, unnecessary, and a crappy way to run a business. A 5 minute call isn't too much to ask. This place is the WORST. You'd be better off in an apartment. Everyone else I know in the area is already plowed, but here we sit.
