I didn't even bother calling to complain about this, but in retrospect...* * * * This may have been a tactic to draw my attention away from the shelf where my personal belongings were stolen from.* * * * If you hire this company, get the full names of ALL of the workers who will be in your home. Google them before letting them in. If your gut tells you not to let them in, do not let them in. Do not take your eyes off them for a second. Do not allow one worker to distract you while the other(s) are unattended. If possible, place cameras, even around items of no/low value, kids' toys, knick-knacks, etc, even if they are too high up to reach normally. If you do not have video cameras, take before pictures of any room they have access to. Do not allow them to remove trash/debris from your home. Insist that they leave any garbage bags behind and check them thoroughly before throwing them away yourself. Take inventory of your belongings immediately. Record and photograph anything odd, even if it isn't something you would usually bother complaining about. If anything has gone missing, NO MATTER HOW LOW IN VALUE, file a police report. Our boiler was running continuously and then all of a sudden it shut off. Troy came to look. Said we needed a part and a clean. We were misquoted for the cleaning. At the diagnostic appointment , Troy said it would be around $90 and the next day it was like 200 and something. Two weeks after we had completed a $500+ repair the issue started back up again. I called back to see if he could come back and Josh (owner I assume) was very pleasant and said he could send someone back and he remembered the job but didn't confirm my address. I called him back within hours and text him to see if he could come sooner but I never heard back from him. A different company was able to come and diagnose the issue saying that a valve wasn't completely closed and that there was water going into the boiler which had to be drained which was the source of my issue. It cost us $150. Very dissatisfied. read more
