He said the AC had no Freon, and the furnace's interior was very rusty. He got me in touch with the tech who writes up the estimates. He came by, told me about my options and warranties, and maintenance plans. I paid him half the cost of everything by credit card. The installers were out on Saturday, two days later! I didn't get a call that they were on their way, but I knew they would be here between 8-9 a.m. 7:55 they pulled in, and I was waiting. The guys went right to work. They had a lot of new equipment, and removed the old stuff. We had an AC unit and new furnace with thermostat installed.
