Craig was very responsive via text and Yelp messaging. I sent a request to multiple businesses to replace our bathroom fan that was falling apart, and his prices were the most reasonable. (Others were quoting higher due to the ceiling height.) From the moment Craig arrived, he was very friendly and explained everything, and provided different solutions for us to decide on. I so SO wish we'd found Craig earlier, but hey we found him now! We contracted with Allstar to wash our windows and power wash our very slippery back lanai as well at same time. But we had visitors & I asked if Craig could do the power wash sooner. He agreed and was even able to come within a day to accomodate my guests' arrival. He did the best job I could hope for! Above & beyond totally. We asked that he take care to not power wash our moss covered walls because we like the aged look they add to our back yard & he was meticulous to not bug them an inch! The power wash was impecible and he washed diown every surface & plant area that residue went on, including our sliding glass doors. I feel like Craig named his business "AllStar" because he cleans windows so well that he knew he'd get all 5 stars on all reviews! Due to winter running very long, my normal window guy was super busy in June and became unresponsive when the sun finally came out. So, I went searching for a new person and found Craig here on Yelp. I reached out via yelp and got a response very quickly. After a few exchanges, he gave me a tentative quote and scheduled a date about 3 weeks out. Again, these guys are in high demand and busy, so don't reach out to someone the day before you need your windows cleaned for an event expecting them to magically fit you in....that would be silly! Anyway, he arrived timely on the scheduled day, and looked at my windows and gave the final quote. Good news - it was spot on from the initial quote, so that was great. The key is giving good, accurate information from the start regarding the number of windows, etc. I went back to work at my computer, and he started the project. After about 2 hours, I came out of my home office and WOW, my windows looked NEW. I have two very large picture windows and they looked amazing, almost as if the glass wasn't there...I was impressed.
