Good work at a good price!…read more After nearly 15 years, had to have my hour re-painted (2nd time) and priced around a few places here in Mililani. It ended up Tachibana Painting came in at the best price, and when thinking back, we did use them in 2010 ish, when we repainted the house exterior for the first time. Also when we repainted our downstairs interior when we remodeled. James came within 2 days from when I sent a message on their website to do a quote. Had to have some window trims removed due to the carpenter bees burrowing into them, have some decorative roof beams replaced (dry rot), and a few areas patched. No problem - they have people that can do it all, in addition to the painting. Then within a day and a half of the visit, I got a written quote via email, along with the warranty if we choose to do the work with them. Had the weather cooperated, it probably would've taken about a week; from the initial power washing, to re-grouting the seams, the carpentry work, then priming and painting 2 coats. But Mililani being Mililani, it rained and the work dragged on a bit, but something the workers can't control. So overall, a good job and would definitely use them again!

I uploaded a few before and after photos, of two of my walls but they worked on several more walls! My CMU block walls and drywall had about 50+ holes, a bunch of which were the size of my index finger, many areas of ripped drywall paper, and numerous outlet-sized drywall cutouts that I wanted patched as if they never existed. Mike came over himself, looked at the job, and gave me a price on the spot. A few weeks later he sent John over to do the work. I was on a pretty tight schedule with an upcoming move and Mike really worked around my schedule as best as he could! John was so kind and efficient, and he took care of every single hole and cut out in under 2 hours and got the walls paint ready for me (I painted the walls the following day). I was expecting the work to cost $1,500 plus easily but Mike's did it for under $600 and the quality is on point! Jherard worked with the insurance adjuster since I had no idea how to handle that aspect, and kept me informed of the progress. Speaking of communication, he was reachable by phone/text at all hours of the day, not just during "business" hours. Absolutely recommend him and his company to others needing roofing and related repairs.

They painted our…read more5,000 SF east Oahu stucco home in 7 days including pressure washing and 3 coats (primer and 2 topcoats). They scheduled us months earlier (because when you are good, people will wait for you), and they started on the exact day they promised. They showed up every morning at 7 and brought everything they needed, including their own scaffolding. It is not easy work, but they are machines. On the last day it was incredibly windy / gusty, but they managed to finish the project even though much of it was from scaffolding and on the windy side of the house. They removed hose reels, masked light fixtures and windows, shielded landscaping, painted our gutters and downspouts, and cleaned up at the end of the day. You will not find easier-going, nicer guys. That's probably why you will also not find anybody else that does what they do for as long as they've done it with ALL 5 Star reviews. As roofers, our schedule is heavily affected by weather, and they've been extremely flexible with last-minute changes or rescheduling when things shift. That reliability makes a huge difference for us. They're reasonably priced and dependable, honest, and we never have to worry about chasing anything down or not having what we need, they take care of it. They also handle trash pickup at our office, which has been a big help. They've been great to both us and our customers, and they've become our go-to for junk removal. Highly recommend.
