He was extremely helpful as he walked me thru the process of getting all the information needed to get me an accurate quote. He answered all my questions. He was very polite and I felt he was genuinely was trying to get me the best quote. I decided to go to their office on South Douglas Blvd. Levi introduced me to all of the staff and to the agent Raychelle Black. Ms. Black was professionally dressed . She made me feel welcomed and made sure I was being taken care of by Levi. After getting a competitive quote I decided to change over to State Farm.
