It hadn't been on the DMV roles for over 25 years. I also had to get off thr title on a 1970ish VW van I realized I was still on with my now adult daughter. I don't need that liability on my resume!!! After getting all kinds of wrong advice from DMV and other AAA offices on both these issues I ended up in Manteca mostly because it was closest to where my daughter could meet. Lucky for me because I/we ended up with Theresa to to help us out. Since my daughter had misplaced the title to the van, it was not completely straightforward, and the fact that both of my parents had passed away, the trailer issue was a crooked path to say the least. Theresa straightened this out quickly and easily when no one else could. Apparently Theresa has been there for 36 years and I hope she stays there at least as long as I am in the country dealing with the notorious, diabolical DMV. 5 stars all the way

She continue charging for the auto insurance. We gave her all the paper work of our new auto and home insurance policy and the following month she charged my father's for the policy he had canceled the prior month. My father went to her office to tell her about the charged and rudely said she was unable to help. Prior to the cancelation She had added me to my father's policy without permission. My father took the proof of my policy insurance. He is still waiting to get his money back. Do not set up an auto payment if you choose her as your agent.
