I was given some very good quotes, and accepted coverage. However, once billed, the rate was significantly higher (almost double). I called Jeff Smith's office, and questioned the change. I was told it would be looked into. I did not receive any follow up. After calling again I was told "the system made an error" and nothing could be done to honor the quoted rates. I called State Farm corporate office, and leaned that the rep at Jeff Smith's office had entered the data incorrectly into their system, and had mis-quoted the policy. No only was this a costly error, but the woman I at Jeff's office that made the error offered no apology or admission to her error. I'd never trust this office.
